credimi,nonostante gli iso (..per me) altissimi, il file si è fatto lavorare in modo davvero semplice e senza particolari difficoltà.
Forse il buio che avvolgeva la scena ha acceso i colori e la fievole luce non è stata invasiva sul soggetto.... in effetti è vero, come profondità di colore e ambiente è molto simile ad una macro.... Misteri della fotografia...!!!

Mark IV tutta la vita..!!.... in effetti anche se la 7D è una eccellente fotocamera regalandoti anche quel fattore di moltiplicazione di 1.3X in più rispetto alla Mark IV ma, possedendole entrambe, senza scatenare diatribe o chissà quale discussione, credo che in questa situazione la 7D avrebbe battuto Bandiera Bianca.
A 6400 ISO con la 7D non sono mai riuscito ad ottenere un file "Accettabile"... ma dato il suo prezzo penso che ci possa stare. Lasciamo questi privilegi alle Top Class, che se costano un Mare di Vaini, come dici tu, un motivo c'è Eccome..!!
