Il Lago Sirino è un piccolo lago naturale della Basilicata nel comune di Nemoli, ad un'altitudine di 788 metri sul livello del mare e la sua profondità massima è di 9 metri; la montagna omonima, sotto le quali falde il lago è posto, ha un altezza di 1907 metri ed è l'estrema propaggine meridionale del Parco nazionale dell'Appennino Lucano Val d'Agri Lagonegrese. Lagonegro a circa dieci km dal lago si pensa sia la città natale dell'enigmatica Monnalisa di Leonardo.
