da un alto valico a oltre 4.000 m uno scenario magnifico si apre sulle Annapurna- siamo nel Mustang, una valle arida in quota che però riceve acqua dai ghiacciai che la circondano- qui tra le nuvole si apre uno squarcio su Annapurna I (8.091 m) - poco sotto il Nilgiri (7.061 m) che si farà mostra di se per buona parte del viaggio
