I really like this one, and it makes you understand the potential of this type of recovery!

Interesting as evidence, probably with a greater dedication to this kind of compositions you could pull out really interesting results in birdlife, even if outside the box.

I wonder if the subject that goes out of focus is wanted, or if it was not a lack of AF (or its config).
Perhaps keeping the focus would have been even more interesting, but being a "particular" shot is just a matter of taste! ;-)

Try it or not the graphic effect is pleasant and surely the potential of the Z9 can be seen, also comparing them to your photos of the Kingfisher with the D5. In my opinion the 120 fps will be even more appreciable in the sports photo.

But did you understand that the image is derived from the fusion of several shots taken at 120 FPS?
The photos, taken individually are, of course, in focus.
What the author wanted to create was this more "artistic" effect.

But you can see that the photos are all in focus! If one does not understand patience :-)

I'm not seeing in qs forum a single photo taken with Z9 in which there are no comments of rosiconi. Mamma mia you are making qs forum an unlivable place where the desire to share for the benefit of all really passes

In fact I asked if the effect was wanted or not.. there is no need to criticize the question, indeed thanks to those who answered even if it would be more consistent an answer from the same author of the shot! ;-)

Buongiorno a tutti.
A me sì. A tutti probabilmente no.

Sorriso

Alberto, thanks for the explanation, but it was pretty easy to get there.
I am amazed that some have not arrived before.
Good parties to you too. ;-)

Thanks Alberto for the clarifications, you also answered my questions, with good peace of mind of those who had already understood everything (good for him) and is amazed there may be someone who is interested in deepening your work! ;-)

B.day. @Alberto thanks for the info, can I ask you how the pursuit of the eye in birdlife behaves? Thank you.
