La Fortezza di Bardi appartenne dalla metà del Duecento, e per oltre quattro secoli, ai Landi, principi rinascimentali che pure battevano moneta su licenza imperiale. Verso la fine del Cinquecento, la Fortezza, viene parzialmente trasformata in elitaria dimora patrizia. Tutti da ammirare sono i camminamenti di ronda, le torri, la piazza d'armi, il cortile d'onore porticato, il pozzo, la ghiacciaia, i granai, le prigioni e le sale di tortura. Gli ex quartieri dei soldati ospitano il Museo della "Civilta Valligiana". All'interno della Fortezza di Bardi potrete ammirare il Salone dei Principi recentemente restaurato e il nuovo Museo della Fauna e del Bracconaggio
