Pranzo di pesce per il giorno di Pasquetta. Un paio di filetti di baccalà già dissalati sono stati delicatamente strizzati per fargli perdere un po' di acqua poi tagliati a pezzi e intinti in un'uovo sbattuto per poi passarli nella farina... ed infine fritti in una padella contenente olio bollente. Il contorno è composto da insalata, cipolla bianca affettata e pomodori ciliegini tagliati.
