You can't really say a macrophotography anyway overall a nice image, I would just try to focus more on the mushrooms, cleaning up the scene from the disturbing elements (leaves, twigs etc) and playing on the depth of field to improve the background.

Mar40 actually the light is from above, it is a stacking of multiple shots made on tripod, now I do not remember precisely the reason for the 1250 iso. Probably data error being multiple photos with different parameters. (if I remember correctly).
