Credo che tu abbia sovrapposto due scatti per addomesticare le luce. Dico credo perché il risultato è molto bello e naturale alla vista, mentre scattando con un unico scatto, la luce sulla campata in alto del portico del ponte e i lampioni, sarebbero risultati bruciati.
Hai fatto un ottimo lavoro di grande pregio. La fotografia notturna non è per niente facile e qui hai dato un esempio di come dovrebbe essere fatta.
In conclusione, questo scatto è tutt'altro che banale.
