Dal momento che i due cuori di mela, a qualcuno facevano quasi schifo, non capendo di cosa
si trattasse veramente, vi offro questa buonissima tipica pietanza sarda, che sola a guardarla,
fa venire l'acquolina in bocca. Non potendovene servira una fetta accontentatevi di guardarla,
poi se capitasse, ve la farei assaggiare volentieri.

In questo caso Chiara, preferisco brava per la pietanza, che per farla occorre tanto tempo,
e dal momento che mi era riuscita bene, anche se non benissimo, devo imparare a fere meglio
il cordoncino di chiusura, ho fatto la foto. Sono maniaca perche' ogni volta che faccio
qualcosa di speciale o presento il piatto guarnito, prendo e scatto. Mio marito, ormai ha fatto
l'abitudine e quando non le faccio, come la volta che nella torta di compleanno, avevo scritto AGURI,
la fece lui per prendermi in giro. Ma ci siamo fatti tante di quelle risate, che come vedi, ancora adesso,
lo racconto volentieri.

Quella panada era almeno per 6 persone, e si puo' fare anche un po' piu' grande, ma non tanto, perche'

Ci sto. Ottimo periodo non fa tanto caldo per andare in giro a scorrazzare con una spider(il colore non ha importanza),
e fare soste per ammirare il panorama e poi magari andare a vedere il faro mangiabarche e dopo a cena in un posticino carino,
ma non prima di aver ammirato un bellissimo tramonto infuocato.
Sarebbe fantastico, ma gli altri amici ci seguono col pulmino?

come ho gia' detto, basta volerlo e potendo si puo', si puo'!!!
L'importante e' che ci si trovi tra amici intelligenti, simpatici e pronti alla battuta per divertirci
e ridere a crepapelle, perche' quando c'e' da sparare caz..., sono sempre pronta.
