@ Enrico: hai ragione sicuramente sul tempo, ma trovo che questo combo mi garantisca più nitidezza ad f11 che ad f8. Forse è un problema di taratura; ho provato con la dima della Lenscal ma francamente non riesco a capire se c'è' un po' di front o back focus (in ogni caso credo che lo scostamento, se c'e', sia piccolo).
@ Massimo: non escludo che la tua osservazione sia corretta; dovrei ricaricare la foto in Aperture al fine di vedere dove cade il fuoco (non so se in Photoshop esiste una funzione analoga).
Grazie a tutti e due per le osservazioni: più c'è ne sono e più un pigro come me e' costretto a riflettere su ciò che ha fatto.
@ Enrico: surely you're right on time, but I find that this combo guarantees more sharpness at f8 to f11 that. Maybe it's a calibration problem, I tried using the template of Lenscal but frankly I can not figure out if there 'sa bit of front or back focus (in any case I think the difference, if there', is small ).
@ Max: I do not exclude that your observation is correct, I should charge the photos in Aperture to see where it falls on fire (I do not know if there is a similar function in Photoshop).

Grazie Enrico e Luigi! @ Luigi: purtroppo è praticamente il massimo di nitidezza che riesco ad ottenere nei miei scatti, lo so è un po' frustrante ma non riesco a capire se dipende dai limiti (enormi) della mia tecnica, da un problema di taratura dell'ottica o dalla mia scarsa perizia in pp (probabilmente da tutte e tre le cose......)

Piacevoli la composizione, i colori e il punto di ripresa. Confermo l'impressione che la maf sia anticipata.
Ti consiglio in futuro di valutare queste opzioni:
- a 600mm su sensore f.f. chiudi a massimo f.9
- usare una testa gimbal tipo Benro gh-2
- decidere di volta in volta se lasciare attivato su treppiede l'OS
- comprare e utilizzare ogni 3 mesi un sistema di controllo del BFF tipo quello della datacolor:

Ricordati che:
- il soggetto era posato su una canna flessibile (usa sempre ai-servo e se il caso alza gli iso)
- la tua reflex ha l'opzione della microregolazione del AF sulla minima distanza e sulla grande distanza
- fai la regolazione con tutte le ottiche e tutte le soluzioni (es.120-300mm, con extender 1.4x e con 2x).
- La resa cambia da così a così e il controllo lo fai te in pochi minuti e quando vuoi con poca spesa.

I suggest in the future to evaluate these options:
- 600mm on a FF sensor close to maximum F.9
- Use a head gimbal type Benro gh-2
- Decide each time whether to leave on a tripod OS
- Buy and use every 3 months a control system of the type BFF Datacolor:

Remember that:
- The subject was placed on a flexible tube (always use the-servant and if the case raises the iso)
- Your reflex has the option of micro adjust the AF on the minimum distance and long-distance
- Make the adjustment with all the optics and all the solutions (ands.120-300mm with 2x extender with 1.4x).
- The yield varies from well to well control and do it yourself in a few minutes and when you want with little expense.

Grazie Elleemme! ho scattato in single shot, effettivamente l'idea di scattare in ai-servo su un soggetto "in posa" non l'avevo considerata. Proverò a ridurre il diaframma ed ad alzare gli ISO, oltre che consultare il link che mi hai girato
