A tutti il mio grazie per il commento rilasciato, lo scatto non è nuovo, il dicembre piovoso ha impedito questi ritrovamenti. Lo scatto è stato fatto senza plamp , a filo terra con cavalletto; tagliare lo stelo equivale a minare la speranza di vita dell'insetto , che si deve sgelare gradualmente da solo per poter compiere qualche timido volo; toccarlo poi vuol dire romperlo fisicamente . Per cui ritengo debba prevalere sempre la priorità etico -naturalistica alla passione fotografica . A tutti i mio buon anno nuovo

Un plauso allo scatto che lo reputo più che valido ed un plauso per questo insolito ritrovamento, non avrei mai pensato alla possibilità che nel mese di dicembre si potesse ancora fare di queste cose.

Effettivamente è quasi come cercare l'ago nel pagliaio  però non è cosa impossibile trovare soggetti gelati; ne ho anche altri che forse posterò, sono scatti di dicembre 2011 posso affermare che anche licenidi e cavolaie sfidano l'inverno e talvolta riescono a passarlo (ma è dura). Gli esemplari che ho trovato io... Il giorno dopo non li ho ritrovati stecchiti per terra, e questo mi ha fatto ben sperare.ciao

Very nice, I've looked for a frozen butterfly this past fall but never had luck. Perhaps a little bit cooler white balance would've better given the impression of coldness!
