Ogni monumento ci riporta a una memoria e quella notte d'Inverno di poche settimane fa ero intento a scattare delle fotografie a un piccolo e spartano monumento circolare composto da varie lastre di ferro che ricreano alcuni dei simboli di Lendinara.
Lendinara è un piccolo comune di 11000 abitanti in provincia di Rovigo, in tempi lontani venne definita l'Atene del Polesine, per il suo elevato grado di cultura e civiltà.
Dalla Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia ricevette per i suoi meriti il titolo di città nell'anno 1495.
Le lastre di ferro arrugginito del monumento riportano la Torre dell'Orologio che faceva parte dell'antico castello, la Torre Maistra insieme ad un corpo di altri edifici che vennero eretti per volontà degli Estensi già alla fine del Trecento.
Vi sono poi i due campanili famosi, uno dei quali figura tra i più alti d'Italia con i suoi 92,5 mt.
Compare anche il castelletto neogotico presente nel parco romantico di Ca' Dolfin Marchiori, abbattuto ormai, ma solo nella cima della torretta per fortuna, da un pioppo del peso di 50 quintali durante uno degli ultimi violenti temporali dell'Estate scorsa che tanti rovinosi schianti ha portato agli alberi del parco.
Fotografavo dunque nella notte e rigorosamente senza cavalletto come mi piace fare per vedere le mie capacità senza usare appoggi.
Il monumento, come dicevo è piuttosto semplice e i suoi materiali poveri, ma la notte è sempre magica e la sua bellezza arriva davvero dappertutto, le poche luci interne risaltavano nel buio insieme alle lampadine degli addobbi natalizi su un grande abete poco lontano.
Un corridore è passato e io ho cercato di includerlo dedicandogli parte dell'inquadratura. C'era un po' di nebbia, le luci deboli e non tanto facili, ma è nelle sfide difficili che si vede il valore della passione per la fotografia.

Per me questa fotografia che fonde due soggetti opposti nelle loro caratteristiche ha un significato ed è per questo che vi ho raccontato la storia di questa immagine e di come è nata, niente di preparato, un corridore passa, un dito preme il pulsante di scatto, click, fatto :)))
