La festa di San Giorgio rappresenta per Modica, la mia città, l'evento religioso, e non solo, più importante dell'anno, secondo solamente alla Madonna Vasa Vasa, che si svolge a Pasqua. In questi giorni la città si veste a festa nell'omonimo quartiere, la cui chiesa, che vedete in foto, è la punta di diamante, divenuta ormai celeberrima in tutto il mondo (e non esagero, considerato l'alto flusso di turisti proveniente da ogni angolo). Peccato che il cielo fosse totalmente sgombro di nuvole, ma a me piace comunque, e spero anche a voi.
