I love the sun rays coming through the clouds as they give atmosphere to your shot. I am not quite sure of your main subject in your photo though. Possibly getting closer to either the green at the bottom of the image or even focusing on the fishermen. That would have change the point of view of your shot and you could have got rid of those wheel marks on the sand and also the house at the top of the beach. But as I said at the beginning, I love the light and atmosphere.
