It is a pleasure to answer you. I do not use lightroom but a slightly cheaper clone: ??Corel's After Shot Pro.
In the post I basically used the curves to emphasize the contrast, I accentuated the blacks a bit, the focus and I used a plug-in called Wavelet Sharpen quite lightly.
