Grazie Federico e biancaneve!! gentilissimi a commentare subito!! Resto strabiliato anche io dal comportamento di questo eccezionale sensore. Poca PP e il file finale era pronto. C'è da dire che oltre alla forte chiusura (f16 effettiva e non calcolata perchè se la facevi calcolare dal pc della macchina prendeva in considerazione le prolunghe e saltava fuori un f80 a dir poco) siamo fuori range di progettazione del 60 micro che va fino al RR di 1:1con conseguenza di offuscamento dovuto al noto problema diffrattivo e dal progetto ottico non adeguato alla microfotografia. In sostanza io ho dovuto lavorare in PP con alti parametri di MDC (devo ancora capire se è troppo) per compensare i difetti. Con obiettivi tipo Luminar della Zeiss o i vecchi macro nikon sarebbe andata certamente meglio.

It must be said that in addition to the high end (f16 effective and not calculated because if you were to calculate the PC machine taking into account the extension and jumped out of an f80 to say the least) are out of range of 60 micro design that goes up the RR of 1:1 with a consequence of blurred due to the well-known problem diffractive optical design and not suitable for the photomicrograph. Basically I had to work in PP with high standards of MDC (I have yet to figure out if it is too) to compensate for the defects.
