Considerato l'obiettivo zoom "normale" hai tirato fuori una bella immagine e composizione con bella intonazione morbida del disegno dell'iris e bei colori.
Per gusto personale (esprimo solo un parere), visto che hai fatto una scelta di stringere il campo sul particolare al centro, avrei inquadrato (o rifilato in post) un poco piu' indietro per mostrare i tre petali tenendo nell'inquadratura il petalo interno rivolto vero l'alto e con la parte terminale fuori quadro, inoltre dai dati di scatto, qusti non mi sembrano equilibrati e pur considerato il mano libera, cerca sempre di tenere gli iso a 100, salendo solo se necessario e solo quanto basta, fino a 400 iso non ci sono grossi problemi poi bisogna valutare se e' necessario tirarli su un po' di piu', ma questo dipende dalla luce ambientale, dal diaframma che vuoi tenere e dal tempo di otturazione minimo che ti serve.
In questo scatto avrei provato a comporre a 100 iso e diaframma ad F8 per aumentare l'area di definizione e di dettaglio valutando il tempo di scatto proposto dalla reflex, considerando che l'obiettivo e' stabilizzato, potevi tranquillamente scattare da 1/200 in su con soggetto fermo mentre qui hai usato un tempo eccessivamente rapido ed un diaframma a mio parere troppo aperto alzando notevolmente e senza necessita' gli iso che ti hanno portato dentro della grana di fondo ben visibile ad ingrandimento. Poi a parlare siam bravi tutti, in fotografia nessuno nasce imparato (ma non solo in fotografia...), bisogna sperimentare ed approfondire;-).
In ogni caso questa foto mi sembra un buon punto di partenza Dario, ma non pretendere risultati macro da un obiettivo, tuttofare si (entro certi limiti) ma non specializzato; bravo, un saluto Claudio:-P
