la farfalla che hanno ritrovato al Passo Sella non è questa .... è una farfalla notturna che al momento è stata rinvenuta sull'arco alpino soltanto in due siti di cui uno appunto al Passo Sella.
Questa farfalla invece è una farfalla diurna (Ropalocero) e appartiene alla specie Nymphalis Antiopa e, per gli standard delle farfalle presenti in Italia è di dimensioni grandi. In Veneto è presente sia in montagna che in pianura ma, seppur non sia particolarmente rara, non è facile da vedere e di conseguenza da fotografare.
