Palitana, India.

I templi di Palitana sono tra i luoghi sacri più affascinanti che mi sia mai capitato di vedere.. Un complesso di 863 templi con oltre 7000 statue! !!! Si trova sulla sommità di una collina che si raggiunge salendo la bellezza di 3856 gradini per di più di una misura che rende a rompere il passo....il tutto perché il raggiungimento del tempuo deve essere una conquista e la salita in percorso di espiazione..... è così ogni giorno, dall'alba al tramonto, migliaia di fedeli gianisti dai bimbi piccoli fino a vecchi quasi sentenari percorrono queste gradinate per andare a pregare in uno dei luoghi più sacro per la loro religione.
