La Fontana di Trevi è stata progettata da Nicola Salvi in stile rococò e adagiata su un lato di Palazzo Poli, fu iniziata da Nicola Salvi (che vinse il concorso indetto da Papa Clemente XII) nel 1732 e completata nel 1762 da Giuseppe Pannini e appartiene al tardo barocco. La fontana è stata costruita con travertino, marmo, intonaco, stucco e metalli. (WKP)
