Il parco giardino Sigurtà è un parco naturalistico di 60 ettari situato a Valeggio sul Mincio, in provincia di Verona, a 8 km da Peschiera del Garda. Vincitore del secondo premio di Parco Più Bello d'Europa 2015 e di Parco Più Bello d'Italia 2013. Il parco giardino Sigurtà ospita innumerevoli attrazioni naturalistiche e storiche: nei mesi di Marzo ed Aprile si possono ammirare un milione di Tulipani, che rappresentano la fioritura più importante in Italia e la più ricca del Sud Europa; il viale delle rose, che da maggio a settembre accoglie 30.000 rose rifiorenti; uno straordinario labirinto, diciotto specchi d'acqua, dove tra giugno e luglio fioriscono le piante acquatiche, e immensi prati verdi.

Un luogo fantastico che conosco e apprezzo.
Nel 1980 incontrai casualmente visitandolo il suo fondatore, il conte Carlo Sigurta' ed ebbi modo di scambiare qualche impressione su questo gioiello botanico e sulla grande manutenzione necessaria.
Ricordo che aveva una Fiat 500 bianca per spostarsi all'interno del parco e che a questa piccola auto aveva fatto togliere il tetto e i vetri.
