nell'immagine di certo cruda e violenta c'è una cosa che mi colpisce più di tutto: è un corpicino, il più piccolo,bianco, che a dx si vede poggiato sopra un altro corpo. Nella moltitudine dei cadaveri, monocromatica, il corpo del neonato è quello che distrae l'attenzione dando maggior risalto alla drammaticità della foto.

Grazie dei passaggi delle vostre riflessioni. Sono situazioni difficili da giudicare, una cultura profondamente diversa, che solo apparentemente manca di rispetto ai defunti. In relatà questa immagine è proprio originata dalla profonda importanza attribuita al rito funebre. Più una persona era importante in vita più sarà lunga l'organizzazione del suo funerale.

Concordo con Nazariodimauro: Un impatto fortissimo...! Grande foto di reportage.
Ho visto anche io uno spettacolo del genere in Ghana, in un ospedale fuori Accra verso takoradi. Emozione terribile e fortissima. Mi sembra quasi di sentirne l'odore, l'umidità dell'aria, il silenzio surreale. Ci vuole stomaco e un buon stabilizzatore per riuscire ad avere la lucidità di riprendere certe situazioni.

I've also seen a show like this in Ghana, in a hospital outside Accra to Takoradi. Feeling terrible and strong. I can almost smell it, the humidity, the surreal silence. Be' tecnicamente, a mio modo di vedere eh, non c'è niente da commentare.. dato che da evidenziare è il "documento", non l' "impostazione".
E' un'immagine che porta alla riflessione ed anche, perchè no, alla curiosità di informazione su cosa c'è dietro. Dunque un ottimo lavoro, al di là della drammaticità. :)

Questa foto è a dir poco drammatica, è sconvolgente per la nostra civiltà, ma per quei luoghi, penso
sia nella normalità della loro realtà. Apprezzo molto la tua sensibiltà che traspare da tutte le tue foto,
e anche il modo quasi timido che hai avuto nel proporci questa, che, come hai detto tu, poteva disturbare.
