Lo scoglio di Rovigliano, originariamente chiamato Petra Herculis, su cui si possono osservare le rovine della fortezza del XVI secolo, è un'isola del golfo di Napoli. Lo scoglio si trova a mezzo chilometro dalla costa di fronte alla foce del Sarno (ahimè uno dei fiumi più inquinati d'Europa) al confine tra le città di Torre Annunziata e Castellammare di Stabia, oggi zona industriale. La sabbia è nera perché vulcanica, e caratterizza gran parte della costa vesuviana. Sulla sinistra si può osservare la costiera sorrentina e, subito alla destra dello scoglio, in lontananza, l'isola di Capri. Con questa foto ho voluto sottolineare la bellezza del posto, nonostante la ben nota situazione di degrado.
