Secondo me hai lisciato troppo la pelle in PP, tra collo e mandibola e guancia non vi è nessuna line di demarcazione, tutto appiattito, hai creato un "mostro" Se fossi Chiara ti radierei dal fotografarmi  .... scherzo :)
Comunque visto che un bel soggetto non ti manca, seguirei qualche videotutorial per gestire meglio la postproduzione (mi riferisco a tutte e tre le foto). Hai fatto bene ad averci provato, ora però è il momento di affinare le armi :) uno dei "segreti" è la moderazione

I think you have too smooth skin of PP, between the neck and jaw and cheek there is no line of demarcation, all flattened, you have created a "monster" If I were you Chiara radierei from my picture: -D .... joke :)
However as a nice person is not missing you, I would follow a few video tutorials to better manage post (I am referring to all three pictures). You have done well to have tried it, but now it's time to sharpen the weapons :) one of the "secret" is the restraint

Prendo spunto dal tuo consiglio e vado a vedermi dei videotutorial sul tubo, sperando di capirci qualcosa, perche si usa sempre photoshop e io uso solo lightroom.

molto bella Federico! a me piace l'effetto morbido e liscio! non mi pare artefatto. Forse, unica cosa, il materasso bianco non fa risaltare la figura della modella con maglietta bianca, puoi cercare più contrasto.

Il BN ha sempre il suo fascino e colpisce ancora tantissimo tutte le età.
In questa foto poi da un senso di dolcezza e spensieratezza.

The eventual post-production is well balanced and at the end what matters is what you want to convey to the viewer the image.

Più che la pelle " di cera" ( che secondo me è accettabile) non va tanto lo sfondo che è un po' troppo invadente....quindi non è uno sfondo!!!
