Fotografando controluce, come faccio normalmente, per dare luminosità al lato in ombra bisogna aumentare molto l'esposizione. In questo modo la parte posteriore, da dove proviene la luce e che che in questo caso è il cielo, va in sovraesposizione. Puoi bruciarla completamente per ottenere un bianco perfetto oppure puoi conservare un po' di colore, come puoi vedere nella leggera tinta blu dello sfondo.

When shooting against the light, as I normally do, to give light to the shadow side must increase much exposure. In this way the rear, where it comes from the light and that which in this case is the sky, goes to overexposure. You can burn it completely to get a perfect white or you can save a bit 'of color, as you can see in the light blue color of the background.
