Fondatore e lider dei Jefferson Airplane, divenuti poi gli attuali Jefferson Starship... Classe 1941, calca ancora i palchi con l'entusiasmo di un ventenne...!!! Grandiosa esibizione di questo gruppo storico californiano fondato nel lontano 1965 in quel di Bergamo... Alcuni amici mi avevano raccontato meraviglie della loro serata in occasione dell'Estival Jazz di Lugano di due estati fa... Tutto vero..!!! Tornati lo scorso ottobre per un breve tour Europeo, fortunatamente questa volta non me li sono persi... L'età lo obbliga ad essere accompagnato alla sua postazione... ma una volta appoggiato ad un supporto della giusta misura e imbracciata una delle sue fide Rickenbacker... ecco scatenare il vecchio leone che ancora vive dentro di lui... In coppia con l'altro membro storico della band "dell'era Starship, David Freiberg ( classe 1938, ex Quicksilver.. ) formano una coppia irresistibile... Un sound anni settanta, di una potenza ancora devastante... Se ne avrete l'occasione, e amate il genere, non li perdete... sono ancora una garanzia...!!!! #Concerti #BiancoeNero
