Difficile fare meglio sul piano della definizione dei dettagli, della restituzione naturale dei colori, della gradevolezza d'assieme dei movimenti della luce e dell'equilibrio nella composizione. Il soggetto poi è molto accattivante; perde solo un po' del suo genuino wild appeal (puzzo di selvatico) quando l'occhio dell'osservatore, cadendo sull'eccesso di pastura che pervade il becco, lo induce a interrogarsi sulla non totale selvaticità del luogo di ripresa.
