Il soffitto in legno dipinto del 1478, con archi a senso acuto e trafori, è ancora espressione del linguaggio formale tipicamente gotico. Gli affreschi, invece, risalgono al primo Rinascimentale lombardo. Il campanile più grande fu colpito, nel 1682, da un fulmine, incendiandone la sua punta che non fu mai ricostruita
