Dopo poco meno di un mese dall'arrivo del mio nuovo telescopio, un astrografo newton 8'' F4 (Tecnosky) sono riuscito a realizzare quella che posso considerare a tutti gli effetti la prima astrofotografia "ufficiale" di questa nuova ottica. Non avevo mai avuto a che fare con un newton F4 e sapevo che non sarebbe stato facile e infatti non lo è stato e anche se ancora non sono al 100% (osservando attentamente le stelle si nota qualche piccolo difetto dovuto ad una collimazione non ancora ottima) sono almeno in grado di produrre astrofotografie che danno soddisfazione. Ed in effetti un immagine cosi con nessun altro strumento fino ad oggi posseduto l'avrei potuta ottenere con neanche 4 ore di integrazione totale. Questa astrofotografia ritrae la Nebulosa Crescente, NGC6888, e si trova nella costellazione del Cigno. E' un immagine cosiddetta HOORGB perché ad una sessione di banda larga (RGB) è stata "unita" una sessione in banda stretta di idrogeno ionizzato (H-Alpha) e ossigeno terzo (O3). In particolare ho integrato poco meno di 2 ore di RGB, un'ora di idrogeno e un'ora di ossigeno. L'elaborazione non è stata facile poiché era da molto tempo che non facevo questo genere di elaborazioni ma di sicuro ho scelto di ridurre molto le stelle per rendere più apprezzabili le varie emissioni (e strutture) di idrogeno e ossigeno. Dati di scatto: ASI2600mm & Tecnosky Carbon Astrograph 200/800 F4 su AM5N tramite Asiair. 20x90s RGB 20x180s HA 20x180s O3 Elaborazione Pixinsight.
