E in effetti è così. In lontananza ho visto tra la vegetazione qualcosa di fulvo in movimento e col binocolo ho realizzato un esemplare adulto di volpe che procedeva verso di me a circa 150 metri. Mi sono messo dietro il tronco di un albero e ho iniziato a scattare mentre si avvicinava. Trotterellando mi è arrivata grosso modo a 50 metri, si è fermata, ha iniziato a fiutare l'aria perché mi aveva annusato. L'istante è esattamente quello in cui guardandosi intorno mi ha messo a fuoco: un paio di secondi, poi si è infilata tra i rovi ed è scomparsa nel fitto della riserva (paludi di Ostiglia, MN). Una botta di c....ortuna!
