Subjects :Wading birds of various species, various of ducks, geese, birds of prey (in the shop have various stuffed osprey, sea eagle), hens, swallows, swifts, gulls, terns, various sparrows, lapwing, avocet, oystercatcher, night herons, storks .
Recommended equipment :During the promenade they flew swallows 1 meter, terns and gulls to about ten meters, in the shed greater chance to photograph with 300mm 400/600 but not spoil for distant subjects. There are perches in front of the slits but many birds roam calm islets just a few meters from the slits to the canvas. Pedestrian walkways there are various feeders and probably not needed in season proper canvases long but I did not see much. Watchtower high ten meters and other huts but less interesting than the first leftmost entering.
Best months :Some species are sedentary but I believe that in times of migration there is very crowded.
How to get there :I got there cammimando along the sea from the south but there is a road that leads to the center, but not having done I can not give precise details. But the island is so small it is no problem.
Visits :The entrance fee (6 euro if I remember correctly), there are times you want the site depending on the season.
Notes :I got there by accident, starting from Lübeck and looking beautiful places promenade, I discovered that these centers is full but are not highly publicized. Well organized with rent telescopes, guides and shop with a chance to eat (organic) at totally honest. However, even in the rest of the island I saw many birds in the wild but obviously hand confidants.
