Subjects : Landscapes, architecture. The whole neighborhood "Petite France" is certainly characteristic: very nice during the day, dusk and even at night I guess. (Typical homes, canals and ponds different). The European parliament deserves ... during my visit to the light has unfortunately not helped much.

Recommended equipment : Wide angle to medium telephoto .... the tripod is highly recommended for night photos. I admit it: I have not brought and tried to take advantage of all the walls in the long run, however, it is possible .. really uncomfortable and limiting

Best months : Very sugestivo and characteristic during the Christmas season, there are a lot of markets with different ad hoc oggettisca for Christmas.

How to get there : From the car crosses Switzerland (going from Chiasso, Lugano, Bellinzona, Gotthard and Basel). Directly followed the directions from Basel to Strasbourg, can not go wrong. Let me point out also that if you wanted to use the train the corresponding station is a short walk (and not in a metaphorical sense) from the city center.

Visits : Cathedral, Christmas markets, the European parliament (just outside the city center, but I assure you that the public transport service with particular reference to the tram works fine), Petite France (district characteristic channels cottage). I also recommend the park to the European Parliament, not extraordinary, but nice and quaint with a small zoo (lynx, birds including a pair of owls beautiful) inside completely free.

Notes : Nearby Colmar visit if you have time (very very nice) and Ribeauville (small town certainly characteristic).
