Subjects : Mountains, ski races, bikers, natural landscape, Car and Motorcycle Gatherings. In autumn the colors are spectacular. Very nice the hut and the hotel that is located at the top of the Pass. The landscape is always a spectacle, not only at the Pass but also during the route from whatever side you arrive. In summer very busy by cars and motorcycles. At other times of the year much easier apart from in the winter months where any snowfall can make the road not viable

Recommended equipment : In summer medium/light trekking clothing and always the necessary to shelter from sudden thunderstorms - In winter heavy clothes suitable for snow walking in sub-zero temperatures. Always protective cream and glasses

Best months : All year round, I don't feel like recommending a particular time. I really like the autumn period, late October -early November, but I know a lot of other people who prefer other seasons

How to get there : There are three access routes: a Cortina d'Ampezzo (about 25Km) from Arabba or Alleghe (about 35Km) or from the Valparola pass (a few kilometers)

Visits : Free admission and no appointment. Of course there are no entrance fees
