Subjects : Mainly people and landscapes. It also offers very good opportunities for architecture/urban photography. It is particularly interesting to find out in the Souqs all the old activities like the labs for coloring leather and wool, the public hovens where the neighborhood cooks the bread for the families.

Recommended equipment : Reflex with wide angle (24-70mm is a good compromise). Super wide angle recommended (14-24mm) when shooting in the small streets in the Souqs. The medium tele (up to 200/300mm) is also recommended if you take a tour on the mountains + desert.

Best months : From October to February it is just perfect. Warm and dry.

How to get there : Airplan connections exist from the main EU airports. Royal Air Maroc, Easy Jet are the main carriers.

Visits : No specific museums to be seen apart from the Ancient Coranic School (now only a museum). Cost of the ticket is 1€. It is recommended to see the Medina and the Souqs. It is worth also spending a day in the Nouvelle Ville where you can see the nice Jardin Majorelle (cost for ticket is 5€). Worth seeing also the Menara Garden.
