Coordinates : 32.722021, -16.933468 (Open in Google Maps)

Subjects : Mountains (Highest: 1862 meters); Nature, endemic trees, flowers. Excellent fauna and "laurisilva" has some of the unique kind of Natura in the whole world. Trails trough the mountains, with waterfalls. Wale and dolphin watching.

Recommended equipment : DSLR (crop or Full Frame). Any lens from fisheye to super telephoto has it's use.

Best months : Any time of the year is good since the weather is always nice and hot. Water temperature is 24 degrees Celsius.

How to get there : Fly to Lisbon (Portugal) and from there catch the plane to Madeira Island, using local JET company's like TAP air Portugal. We also have another Island (Porto Santo). You can travel to there by ferry "Lobo Marinho".

Visits : Trails, some very beautiful full of photographic opportunities like Nature, waterfalls, trees, mountains.
