Subjects : As Insuas: Biosphere Reserve "Terras do Miño".https://contosdorio.wordpress.com/rutas-del-mino/humedales-de-a-terra-cha/sendero-de-las-insuas-do-mino/Willows, ash trees and birches are intermingled with oaks and holly, as the path crosses robledales and cultivated meadows where cows and horses are often seen.In the channel of the river is frequent the presence of aquatic plants like water lilies, ferns, bulrushes or carrizales and in the more wooded areas you can see examples of native vegetation like "carballo" or holly. Among the fauna stands out the presence of the river mussel, a species in danger of extinction because it needs rivers of clean water to live. We can also find the blackbird, another bioindicator of good water quality, otter and green frog.

Best months : Due to the conditions in winter of the river Miño it is advisable the months of March to November
How to get there : From Lavacolla airport in Santiago de Compostela or Alvedro airport in A Coruña, take the A6 motorway to Rábade.
