Subjects : You get stunning views over Los Angeles. Go there an minimum an hour before sunset to get a good place for setting up your camera gear. In summer there are usually a lot of people. Also the parking lots are limited.

Recommended equipment : Wide Angle Lens, Tripod, DSLR, Remote Release

Best months : In summer it is great to enjoy the sunset

How to get there : As usual in LA the best way to get to Griffith observatory is by car. Don't be late otherwise the parking lots are full

Visits : No entrance fees are charged. Also parking is free
