Subjects :This small medieval town is very interesting to visit that is being photographed. is an 'attractive tourist destination surrounded by mountains and therefore the country natura.Il consists of a small village dating back to the IX-X century in which there is a large square which is overlooked by the beautiful cardinal's palace, the Collegiate Church of San Martino and the Sanctuary of Maria SS del Monte. There is also a lovely little theater dating back to 1823 all in wood. Climbing up from the village you get on top of the country where there is the historic Castle of Pallotta family (built in the ninth century) that today has become a wonderful museum and place of important historical re-enactments. I highly recommend visiting this little gem as the castle is kept in very good condition, everything is still intact both inside and outside, still kept as it once was. Sadly inside photographs are not normally allowed (but you can get the permits). But the place is really impressive to be able to take pictures also fabulous!
Recommended equipment :I could recommend a wide angle for photographs at the castle but in reality it does not take a big rig. Obviously the tripod is a must if you want to do the town-night photos.
Best months :At all times, this location offers some beautiful scenery.
How to get there :To get there is easy: just get out of the 'highway A14 at Civitanova Marche and always follow the SS77 for about 50 km and exit to Caldarola.
Visits :To visit the castle you pay the ticket: full price € 8 and € 6 reduced except the visit of the castle park, which is free by reservation every Tuesday and Thursday from 10.00 to 12.00.Ci have schedules that change depending on the season and parties so before you go there advice before you inquire well. you can book before the visit.
