aberrazione cromatica Canon 17-40

Ciao ragazzi, è da poco che sto provando l'accoppiata Canon 5D II + Canon EF 17-40.
Sono rimasto negativamente sbalordito dall'aberrazione cromatica: in pratica la foto è stata scattata con f. 7,1.
Foto di paesaggio, grandi contrasti tra bianco dei residui di neve e marroncino scuro delle chiazze già scoperte. In pratica ovunque vi è un aberrazione cromatica continua, verde e viola... Ma è normale? Credevo che con un ottica di livello discreto come questo grand'angolare e un apertura di 7,1 non dovesse sussistere il problema.

Anche con la mia copia di 17-40 in condizioni simili di alto contrasto, cieli bianchi e rami in controluce, oppure situazioni con neve ed elementi scuri, presenta evidenti segni di AC a qualsiasi diaframma. Sinceramente con un click in LR risolvo senza problemi, quindi non mi crea nessun fastidio. In compenso trovo quest'ottica molto risoluta se usata bene con giusti diaframmi e giusto punto di messa a fuoco (nei paesaggi).... e mi piace molto anche in foto "artistiche" a diaframma f4
