Dear Colleagues,

I used to be a Nikon owner but when I decided to be a nature photographer I changed to Canon system. With 5DM3 and 7DM2 the majority of works could be managed well, the AF system is fast enough and precise, lenses, especially the 100-400 are outstanding. But. The canon sensor's dynamic range is limited, banding phenomenon is annoying several times. Somebody recommended me to use Sony body with Canon lenses by adapter (Sigma, Metabone). Sony sensor is much better regarding the dynamic range and I insist on using my Canon lenses. So I would change to Sony body if the mentioned adapters are proper solutions. Is there anybody among Juza photographers who has got experiences with this combination?

Thank you in advance and I wish you the best lights!

Adaptors are fine but not very fast and some times make some mistakes with the focus; i saw your pictures, if you want to buy a Sony camera you should use Sony lenses specially if you want to shoot fast and with a precise AF.

Thank you, Paul!

I guessed this answer, thank you enforcing the reality. The Sony 100-400 is promising, but much more expensive.
If it's really better than Canon's one, I change. Let's see the experiences!
I saw your shots as well and enjoyed them very much.

Wish you the best lights!
