Secondo me le dimensioni non sono affatto un problema, lo sono se lo si rapporta ad altri 25mm meno luminosi. Si bilancia, ne più, né meno del 12-40. Il problema vero sta da un'altra parte ;-).

Una lente AF non può essere un doppione di una MF a meno che non si facciano solo foto di un certo genere (tipo quelle postate) e allora ci sarebbero altre ottiche da provare come il 25mm voighlander o il mitakon speedmaster f0.95, moolto piccolo, non nascondo che mi intriga assai, se costasse solo un 20-25% di meno...

Un 25mm AF come questo m.zuiko è molto più sfruttabile a tutto tondo.

È più piccolo del 12 40 ed è usabilissimo..diciamo come un 35L canon

Il problema delle dimensioni non è tanto per il brandeggio, quanto piuttosto nel fatto che occupa un bel pò di spazio nella borsa rispetto ad altre ottiche m4/3 simili e il complesso non passa esattamente inosservato.

Lo sarai sicuramente Robi.
Già siete in pochissimi ad avercelo, tu inoltre hai la gentilezza di pubblicare qui i primi scatti.
Aspettiamo (appena puoi chiaramente) delle foto che possano rimarcare meglio l'eventuale personalità di questo obiettivo :-)

Dai tuoi primi scatti noto AC, dovuta sicuramente al fatto che hai usato l'obiettivo su Panasonic (e comunque a TA ci posso stare). Il Bokeh sembra bello, come già si era letto e la nitidezza a tutta apertura notevole.

Anche il m4/3 sta aumentando la risoluzione dei sensore e questo obiettivo è nato proprio per soddisfare le nuove esigenze in nitidezza.

Però devo anche dire che il sensore da 16mpx della nuova gx80 ha una qualità che non ho mai riscontrato su altre fotocamere...secondo me quella è la sua massima evoluzione...poi ora ci sono quelli da 20 ma è un altro discorso

Secondo me superiore anche alla em1....(per favore niente frustate virtuali)ma vedo dei files più dettagliati, ormai di sensori m4/3 me ne intendo un po...e questo della gx80 mi ha stupito anche se non mi sono mai dovuto lamentare di nessuna fotocamera m4/3 che montagne il 16mpx è un sensore davvero riiscito

Grazie di condividere con noi le tue primissime impressioni. A primo acchitto conferma quanto di buono si è già letto. Sarebbe molto interessante anche un confronto fianco a fianco con il 25 f1.4 panaleica per valutare virtù e difetti di entrambe le ottiche.
