Pros: Connectivity, Value for money, Optical availability

Cons: For my use none

Opinion: Excellent machine for those approaching the world of full frame. Workable files, of excellent quality, good ISO sealing. It offers excellent value for money, and despite being around for some time it lacks nothing from the point of view of connectivity and technology. In addition, it offers a wide choice in terms of lenses, even on the second-hand market

Pros: Ergonomics, solidity, touch rotatable screen, high iso hold and battery life. Easy, intuitive.

Cons: Focus points concentrated in the center of the frame.

Opinion: After about two years of use, I tell my experience. My first full frame that really made me enter another dimension than the 70D I came from. I chose it precisely because it actually shared the camera body and function keys, a perfect replica, but in FF format. Color depth in the first place, feeling of three-dimensionality of the photos and high iso are the first things that made me notice and appreciate the qualitative leap compared to the 70D. Workable files the right and even something more, even if I'm not a lover of extreme recoveries. If a photo is bad, it is deleted, you do not recover 4 or 5 stops to release photos that look like frames out of cartoons (at least this is my philosophy and my tastes). Lately I've used it quite a bit in portraiture combined with the Canon EF 100 f/2. Well in this situation I found it difficult to shoot from the viewfinder to focus on the eyes, because of the focus points too concentrated in the center of the frame and for this I used it as a real mirrorless, always shooting from the display where the AF coverage is respectable and the precision of the focus impeccable. I sold it to monetize the purchase of the Canon EOS R that I have owned for a few days and with which I am trying to become familiar, since the ergonomics are completely different. Given today's purchase price, I definitely recommend it to those who make the jump from an aps-c, have no pretensions to a speed machine and do not like extreme recoveries.

Pros: Usability and versatility, adjustable screen, file quality (including jpeg)

Cons: Not very fast, that's all.

Opinion: Practically everything and the opposite of everything has already been said about this SLR. For me it is very valid especially for those like me who do very different things. I was hesitant because I also like to do photo hunting and I did not know what to expect coming from the 70D, but despite not being a splinter and losing the crop of the apsc, I pulled out some great shots of animals. Jpegs are great for many circumstances (birthdays and parties), even in low light. I took birthday photos at 4000iso in jpeg that with a small step of noise reduction have become printable.

Pros: Very versatile, great af, great low iso rows

Cons: iso high

Opinion: Unlike what everyone writes, I found myself sick with this machine only at high iso, where the returned file had an unacceptable grain, too large, already present at 3200 iso. I never understood if it was a problem related to the fact that I bought it just out and therefore the programs could not decode the files well, but since it was flanked by 6D as a FF body, I could only see the differences against it in this respect. After the negative points (FOR ME only 1), otherwise it is an exceptional machine, suitable for everything, the adjustable display I regret every day, as well as the dual pixel in live view. The 26mp are the right compromise, the files are well workable, quite light and rich in colors. The body is also perhaps one of my favorites such as construction and ergonomics, as well as features, it is a very complete machine. Since it is quite compact, it is also suitable in my opinion for those who travel a lot and want a bodysuit that is fine in the pocket of a crossbody backpack. The 40D burst is perfect for the type of machine and combined with a very performing af module, it does not disappoint even in naturalistic with dynamic subjects.

Pros: File workability, automatic white balance, focus, battery life, adjustable screen, touch focus with live-view.

Cons: As for my use, at the moment no one.

Opinion: For six years I used the previous 6D, with satisfaction but also with some problems, already described in many messages of other users, for example: - Focus always perfect with the central and inaccurate point with the sides, especially in low light conditions, as was often the case in the evening photographing lamps in a furniture showroom. - Inaccurate and variable white balance between shots. I noticed the problem by photographing furniture in the same showroom, the wooden floor and furniture produced an unpleasant and heavy dominant yellow-orange on the white walls, which Then I always had to correct, differently between sequences of photos, with the help of the PhotoChecker. Shooting only in RAW you can intervene in post-production, rebalancing the color temperature even for sequences of shots, but it is still a hassle. ••• With the 6D Mk II, on the other hand, the automatic white balance is almost perfect, or requires small calibrations. All environments (the same ones I photographed before with 6D) appear with a more natural light, without obvious color dominants, in particular the walls appear much whiter even in newly opened shots with Lightroom, without any correction. That surprised me. ••• Focus in the MkII 6D is a whole different world than 6D. All points react smoothly even in low light conditions. I read that there are critics who say that they are too focused in the center, for me he complains about fat broth. For the moment that's it, since I only used it for the first photos of new furniture and furnishings. But even the customer immediately noticed the improvement already in the previews that I send them to make her choose the shots to be post-produced... "with the new machine you take better photos" he told me yesterday :-)

Pros: Image quality, high iso yield, autonomy, wifi,GPS,touch display

Cons: Syncro flash at 1/180,lack of pop up flash, dynamic range at low sensitivity,no 4k,no headphone jack input, maximum speed 1/4000 sec,the viewfinder does not have total coverage (98%)

Opinion: It's a good camera that doesn't excel at anything in my opinion. It offers good image quality, works very well at high isos but has serious gaps as pointed out in the cons. Syncro flash at 1/180 is old-fashioned stuff now. Since it was a full frame entry level in my opinion they could put the pop up flash. Not that it serves as much with a ff sensor that works well at high isos but can sometimes come in handy to lighten the shadows. The launch price for what it offers was very high three years ago, understandable in 2021 almost halved.

Pros: Screen, battery life, ergonomics, solid in construction, not too heavy

Cons: Dynamic range, not very "responsive" in viewing photos and navigating menus

Opinion: I purchased the used 6d2 to enter the FF world. A nice jump starting from 50D. The impression was immediately very good, in particular I appreciated the posable screen and the construction. The keys are in place, so also satisfied with the ergonomics. I am not positively impressed with the dynamic range, referring to the files of the 5d4 we are on another level, in particular unsatisfactory shadows. Chapter AF, the points are "few" in absolute numbers, especially in this period when mirrorless are making room (with pros and cons, e.g. EVF). Therefore, as more than one user has written, it is not suitable for very dynamic situations, for landscape and portraiture I would say ok. I haven't thoroughly tested the video side, so I'm not going to go into that. In general a good "last" reflex churned out by Canon, I think is enough for a large slice of users, although there may be a temptation to buy the latest product placed on the market... I found an indispensable occasion, so I exchanged it for an R whose files are great and the autofocus is certainly superior too. Of the REFLEX for now I regret the feeling of the optical viewfinder, especially in situations of strong ambient light.

Pros: Ease of use, "touch" and adjustable screen, overall yield.

Cons: Knowing what you buy, nothing in my opinion.

Opinion: Bought for about a year, to replace the 6D first model. I built them around a good level mini-kit: Samyang 14mm EF, Canon 24-70 f4 L and 70-300 L all in a small Cullman backpack. Used on several occasions, it has never betrayed me: good noise tightness at high ISO, acceptable dynamic range, excellent general yield. I don't need to shoot at 10 ftg per second so the burst speed is enough for me. I also have a 7DII kit that I use for the naturalistic photo but when possible (shed +tripod) on the 6D II I mount the 500f4 L and... I throw away very few... It is certainly not the most advanced machine on the market but the affordable price and the results that can be obtained allow you to enter the world of FF with great satisfaction and in its own right. And when you have the money for an R5 or an EOS 5 mkIV, it will become a great second body...

Pros: High sensitivity yield, touch and posable monitor, size and ergonomics in general, AF accuracy, infinite battery, connectivity

Cons: I'd say nothing, but if I have to say one the lack of the Joystick

Opinion: Bought just a week ago by RCE paired at 24-105, and so it won't be a real review, but more of a first impression on camera. I honestly read about cooked and raw on this 6D2, especially with regard to the dynamic range, boh it will be me eh... but I think it is more than satisfactory. Of course if you claim to recover 5 stops in the shadows without the slightest noise well.... maybe we didn't understand anything !!! It's easy to say that "I recover everything so much my camera sensor has an extended dynamic range"... no, it doesn't work that way, or rather you can also reason like this but do not pretend to entrust everything to your sensor, you will be disappointed. If you can expose well, recoveries are much easier and you will see that the "GD" of your 6D2 will be more than enough. That said... I try to expose well "before" and recovery shortly "after" !!! I love the ergonomics of this camera, I have small hands and it fits me perfectly, excellent connectivity sector, nothing is missing... not to mention the screen, a goduria. The battery is endless... a similar duration I remember only on my dear and beloved 40D, of course if we use GPS /WIFI the autonomy drops, but it is so easy to bring a second battery with us! Combined with the 24-105, this sensor almost never disappoints, and allows you to work easily even at high ISO speeds without any particular problems. I like it, and not a little!

Pros: High iso yield; touch; mpixel property

Cons: Nothing for general photography apart from the too central MF points; burst not for photo-sports

Opinion: Bought in January 2021 and I'm excited about it. Initially undecided between Reflex and Mirrorles for the switch to FF, but after studying many reviews I decided to stay on reflex for battery life, viewfinder and affection (later you will see). Gone from 600D to 6D Mark II: I certainly start from a dated entry level, but with the 6DmII the jump is abysmal, the yield is spectacular, even 4 years after the release. I rely on only one comparison (600D-6D mII) but I can assure those coming from an entry level that this machine is another planet. The high iso yield is spectacular, with the 600D shooting max at 200 iso here go quiet at 1250. The 26 Mpixels show up. When coupled with quality goals, I own Canon 16-35 f4 L and Canon 35 mm F 1.4 L II, it forms a winning combination. I found myself almost no longer having to intervene in PP on color and sharpness. I admit that the transition from Sigma Art targets to the L series still made its own. Going from a 600D I found the touch and the ring great for scrolling photos and MF. The qualitative leap, however, remains the high-iso yield that opens up a new world as a way of photographing. For me the touch is very comfortable compared to the 600D (then it goes well we agree, there is or does not change the final rating). In general, as already read below I consider this car as a Golf for cars: it does everything well, maybe it does not excel in anything but for non-professionals what do you want to expect? Negative things but only for the purpose of review : not ideal burst x sport/ bird life;MF points (as known) too central, which however can be solved with live view (with obvious battery consumption). Otherwise I can't find half a defect

Pros: handling, shutter speed, high ISO noise

Cons: little or nothing

Opinion: Bought for 2 years now, replacing the 6D with which I had a great time, I must say that I used it in all conditions, I was afraid it would disappoint me .. instead it impressed me positively, it has an excellent yield at high ISO, the weight allows you to carry it even on long excursions in the backpack, the shooting speed has improved a lot, in fact the use for indoor volleyball photos as an alternative to 5Dmk3 and gives me excellent results

Pros: q/p ratio, autofocus, files quality , size and weight

Cons: low iso noise

Opinion: Taken for a few months. First impressions are great. Unfortunately, due to the various restrictions, I could not test it thoroughly in the genres dear to me, concerts, landscapes, street. For those who, like me, love SLRs and do not chase the latest technological goodies, it is an excellent machine that, coupled with L series lenses or equivalents, from great satisfactions. I noticed a certain abundance of noise by opening the shadows to low ISO but maybe I'm the one who's wrong - I still don't know her well. Good hold at high Iso. Almost foolproof autofocus, the only flaw the points are a little too central, it is absolutely customizable and deserves an in-depth study to be able to exploit it. Weight and size are almost comparable to the ML FF of canon house, so much so that I equipped it with the original BG, I have rather large hands and to balance lenses like the 24-70 f2.8 you need a nice grip. In conclusion, to date, I think it is a great purchase both new and used, both for us amateurs and as a second body for a pro, but this is well known the coupled 6DII and 24-70 f2.8 has taken many weddings. Highly recommended. Updates with use will follow.

Pros: All!

Cons: Nothing, but if I have to express my whim at low level a camera of such high level I would say the Giera, and very uncomfortable and ridiculous

Opinion: Hi guys, I have had this body machine for what month and I have to tell the truth that it is fantastic and a show!I recommend it serenely, the photos are cappolavori, and versatile, legera, comfortable, coast pocco and it would be perfect from my point of view if you had a giera like the 5d mark 4 ... I hope to be useful to you, I wish you good turn and good light, thank you

Pros: Autofocus, file quality, iso seal, color rendering, posable monitor, reliability.

Cons: Weight (although not excessive)

Opinion: My first FF. I come from Fuji X-T3, a very well-suited and excellent machine in all respects. I had many doubts about buying it (someone may think of a downgrade), but immediately I noticed the qualitative difference in the final result of the images (greater cleaning of the files and naturalness). Really beautiful colors and great iso hold. At the moment I'm only using it with an EF 50 1.8 STM, but I'm really excited about it. Rating: 9.

Pros: Autofocus, speed, ergonomics, price, image quality, burst.

Cons: Lack of double slots sd.

Opinion: One of the best SLRs you've ever had. Great price, deadly autofocus, top 6 frame burst. Only flaw. Lack of second slot sd. With the double slot it would have been perfect. The board in 2020. Certainly. The sensor pays off with fantastic colors. I also had 6D. But 6D Mark II made an abysmal leap. Two SLRs that can't even be compared. Especially autofocus.

Pros: Aluminium alloy body, cheap, full frame, extraordinary technical quality of images, battery life over 1500 iimage, itutte batteries lp e6 are compatible, held high iso, noise never intrusive,45 autofocus points all cross not even the 5D mark IV gets to so much having 41,tropicalized body, minimum sensitivity 50 iso, made in japan not off shore as nikon or sony.

Cons: Touch and orientable screen,no built-in flash,no second slot for boards, lcd top not readable.

Opinion: Slightly heavier than the top-of-the-range mirrorless this camera returns images of an extraordinary quality and detail that usually in the canon house are seen over 26mpx,see 5ds/r, on the other hand it is much faster than a 5ds/r but at a price from new in liquidation. The autofocus is really worthy of that name,it does not miss a beat, but it lacks facial recognition or fire on the eyes, which you can do safely without. With the 50mm 1.4f 5.6 in indoors in normal light condition no noise is noticed up to 12,800 iso. The 6d has always been the top in its category, and with this new 6d markI,which in common with the old keeps only the number, must not make you think of an update or an add on, it is propial a whole new camera, that with the old 6d nothing to do, except that it is always the best economic full frame reflex on the market, finally with autofocus worthy of that name, added the flickr function, not present on the old 6.45 af points versus 11, the continuous click and autofocus are not as brutal and grumpy as the 7D mark II for which the handle is needed, camera that I continue to recommend for those who do sports, birdlife, but 6 frames per second can sun sun , the problem is the buffer. I do not know why but although possessing other top-of-the-range bodies the markII has become my first body, perhaps because of the lightness weighs little more than a mirrorless, try afre 10 hours with a 1d then nor repair,in short this is really the best body around in the house canon as long as you accept some compromise, certainly not for the quality of the images. I use it in coupled with these three,50mm f1.4,24-70 f2.8 L usm,28-135 is.

Pros: Lightness, well-built and solid body, file quality for "all round" use, price, INFINITE battery, articulated monitor

Cons: Single slot, shadow recovery

Opinion: I write these opinions after using it for almost 70,000 shots and over 40 weddings, after outings in the mountains, personal services, street photography and those who have more. I am convinced that the 6D Mark II could be enough for 90% of photographers who for forum pippe or false myths mist the bistratta for the reduced dynamic range. Photograph with your head, not with datasheets. For as little as 1000 euros it has everything you need to bring work home, a good sensor to squeeze up to 8000 ISO, a good AF even with little light (certainly do not claim that of the 5D Mark IV). I only sold it because I found a 5D4 at a low and since as a first body I use an Eos R having "similar" files I was comfortable. But I admit that sometimes I miss it.

Pros: High iso file quality, battery, ergonomics, colors, fully unbreakable touch screen, gps

Cons: Low iso noise, difficult shadow recovery

Opinion: I had it for 1 year , without going too far I say what I think , it's a good/great room that in my opinion does a little bit of everything without excelling in something, one thing I have never really appreciated is the Recovery of Shadows, even at low iso so much noise!a really endless battery, body very resistant even to rain ,tested in the middle of the jungle, a beautiful touch screen and very simple to use as the menu, files if I were to give a rating are from 7.5/8 on certain occasions even better ,depends a lot on the type of lens you mount, for the price you find now in my opinion is a great room to get into the full frames

Pros: Weight, ergonomics, color rendering, high ISO image quality

Cons: Top shutter speed

Opinion: I was undecided whether to buy a used 5D mk III or this camera coming out of a year of which I read only nice reviews. Then being a newer model respects the 5D with processor pretty much equal to higher-end machines I opted for this. Right away, taken in hand, I felt mine: perfect grip, acceptable weight considering that it is an FF reflex and for my needs better choice than the 5D being a more compact body and having the rear screen undoable that I use a lot to photograph in LV from prospects that are hard to get without. Paired with a 50mm 1.4 canon and a Sigma 24-105 4 Art is something exceptional! If I really have to find a neo it is the maximum speed of the shutter that stops at 1/4000 which is still more than acceptable even for sports photos not to the limit. After more than a year of use I am ultra satisfied with the choice. Absolutely recommended.

Pros: The dualpixel, excellent high iso hold, the touch display is very useful and precise

Cons: Against I have nothing the flaws equal to 0

Opinion: The Canon 6DMarkii is a really amazing machine, after about 2 years of intense use I can say so: it's amazing It's a machine that you manage very easily once you get us confidence Great focus points and the various modes Very comfortable the disp lay touch to navigate the settings and also very convenient to choose the point of focus when using it in LV nothing to do with the 6D A great machine??

Pros: It adds a lot to what was missing in the first series.

Cons: Considering that I am not a fan of videos and that already I was excited about the photographic results obtained with the first series, no data to report

Opinion: Coming from the previous series, which I kept anyway, as I still consider it a very valid body, I was immensely pleased to see some gaps of the first series filled, while maintaining the identical layout of the controls. The af module I already knew as a holder of EOS 80D that I permuted to buy it and that despite being a great APS-C, remains an APS-C. From this point of view, apart from the crosshairs with 100% coverage and 1/8000 sec. of the shutter, the 6d mkII is nothing more than the 80D in full-frame version. Nice to use at the same time 6d and 6d mkII and have no difficulty in managing bodies. Great machine too mistreated maybe by those who have never taken it in their hands.

Pros: Excellent ISO hold, general QI with 6Mpx more than the previous model, adjustable screen, DPAF in LV, ergonomics and weight, AF module, exposure and white balance automatic GPS and WiFi to Condire.

Cons: Nothing that you can not be aware already at the time of purchase: If I have to enter specifically, I would say that simply equalized the performance at the IQ level of the previous 6D, both at the level of ISO and dynamic range.

Opinion: After 8 months of use also intense, I am to review this camera. It is a complete and performing "All Arounder", can do everything and can do it in a way that goes from good to excellent, but never poor. In many situations it is even superabundant, in others simply adequate. I therefore consider it suitable for virtually any kind and any demanding amateur photographer (especially if already possessor of Canon material) who wants a machine that is the point of arrival of his equipment. The cons I have listed are absolutely mitigated by the fact that it adds 6Mpx compared to the past and has a large AF module, with close points but absolutely not too central (my repositions are reduced to the bone, while doing only portraits substantially). Where there comes the AF module for coverage, we think the LV with 80% coverage of the frame to compensate. The whole is in fact seasoned by the very welcome addition of DPAF that already had on the 70D, but that here is improved as performance and speed, making the LV of Canon SLR The benchmark in this field. In the end, therefore, the list of cons is in my opinion totally forgiable, also and above all according to the Price (right) on which it has settled after all this time: at the beginning I do not deny having considered it absolutely overdone, as happens on the other hand/ Unfortunately to all the "cool outputs" Canon. The exposure and the white balance are excellent and almost always adapted to the scene (the 70D returned in situations of artificial light almost always yellow images, instead the 6D2 almost always assigns the WB "tungsten" giving a natural color to the subjects and Photo). The articulated screen allowed me shots that were otherwise very uncomfortable. WiFi used a ton of times to share and use photos immediately. GPS turned off just for habit and because I know the places where I photographed, otherwise on the road I think I would turn it on with good peace of the battery (I have spare, so much). Excellent-as a Canon script-solidity and construction, with an equally obvious feeling of immediate use, coming from other Canon bodies. In short, I can only recommend it to those who are "pointing".

Pros: Overhead screen, Digic7 software, Af dual pixel in mode Lv, colors.

Cons: Mixed sensor, low ISO tightness, shadow recovery.

Opinion: Good compromise but it is not a reliable machine to work, the files are heavy and the PP must be more thought.. JPG good... Raw needs a specific program if you have older versions of Lr and Ps. What to say, I do not like. Better an honest 6d because it is not cmq the height of the pros. That's what I'm selling.

Pros: Image quality, AF, color, dual pixel

Cons: One Mark IV castrated, lack double slot, dynamic range

Opinion: Excellent machine, use for portrait and I great satisfactions with quality lenses such as the Canon 50mm 1.2 L. and the Sigma 85mm 1.4 art. I had a Nikon d750 I have to say that this is much more performanant at high ISO. But this canon I know that beats it, has something magical colors the three-dimensionality, be in conclusion a machine that I highly recommend especially if you use quality lenses.

Pros: Usability, sensor, touch screen, GPS

Cons: Focus points centered, shadow recovery

Opinion: I have this machine for 5 months now, after having squeezed it in landscaping and naturalistic I'm ready to give you my opinion. Sensor: It is not the best sensor for recovering shadows pushed, since it introduces much noise, the light recovery is good but there are definitely more performaning sensors in the market. If you expose well, however, gives a really high image quality, full of detail and with little noise up to ISO 3200, with 6400 to 8000 for me quietly usable but with a work of post major. AF: Focusing system is definitely improved compared to the 6D and especially compared to the 50D from which I came, much more versatile, fast and reliable. For bird tracking If the quarry is coupled with a fast lens, I have not changed the settings because it seemed to only worsen the performance by intervening on the various parameters, and coupled with the Tamron 100-400 works really well. Too bad for the concentration of points in the center of the sensor, really annoying for portraits and compositions even in the rule of thirds. You save with the shot in Live View, where the DPAF is fast and accurate (not for fast subjects) enough to draw a baby on the swing (tested mainly in continuous AF with Back button focus). It also works well in low light conditions, and I mainly shoot with recent Tamron lenses, but I noticed that with Canon lenses it is more reliable in low light situations (tested with 85 1.8 and 17-40L). Usability: It's really a pleasure to use in the field. In Landscaping the swivel screen is convenient for when you have it on a tripod and not at man's height, so that you do not have to lean, as well as useful for free hand shots up and down) and the GPS helps to keep track of the shots on the map of Lightroom. The keys are all in their place and I have obviated the annoying lack of a joystick dedicated to selecting the AF points by assigning the directional pad for this purpose. In personalization you can change the functions of many keys for good customization, nothing to do with Fuji and Sony on this aspect though. The 6D Mark II was the most discussed and well-treated reflex of the 2017, but despite its flaws (sensor and AF points, as well as the lack of 4K) remains a solid choice for amateurs who want to move to FF or as a second body to be accompanied by a more professional body. It remains in my opinion a better choice than the EOS RP regarding "fast" photography where they serve fps and a solid AF, otherwise for portraits and street I would recommend the RP for the fact that the AF points cover most of the framing giving More flexibility in composition. To prefer to a 5D4? Only for the weight, the GPS and the adjustable screen; On all other aspects the 5D4 is considerably higher, as expected from the price difference. To prefer compared to an EOS R? Same as above, with more to consider that the 6D2 has 6.5 fps against the actual 5 fps of the R, but the R has the best sensor, so I would say it could be considered a draw. In This case maybe I would go on the R for more advanced technology, but there are still more than €500 difference to consider between the two. Basically: the 6D Mark II gives off wonderful shots if you know how to master it and if you're ready to compromise with the well known and cited flaws. If not, I recommend you to focus on the mirrorless Canon or 5D Mark IV.

Pros: Excellent hold High ISO, Dual Pixel, Touch Screen, discrete Burst, good general soot, WiFi

Cons: Dynamic Range (if it serves an extreme recovery)

Opinion: Finally a complete car from Canon. Bistrattata by the YouTubers and those who expected a 5d4 at half price, in reality this is the real reflex all-round. Fluid the right, with good gust for portraits. Very reliable touch and DPAF Combination. To be small, she is very well in her hand. It is a kind of Golf of reflex: very good in all respects and without real flaws. Can be Improved, maybe. A 5d4 is even smoother and has more dynamic range. The 1DX make a flurry of fear, but in the end for those who do predominantly photos this has no areas of shade and is not little. Objectively The dynamic range is not at the top of the range, but it is also true that I felt the need only in a picture in five thousand.. Where I blatantly wrong I exposure

Pros: Excellent image quality, color, AWB, ergonomics, weight, battery life, mobile screen, good reactivity

Cons: Dynamic Range stops at 6d Mark1.

Opinion: Replaces the newly-sold beloved 6d. I could compare them to LR and see that the two sensors produce virtually identical images (in my eyes) in all light conditions. Mark 2.... I could perhaps not even take it, but at 999 euros I did not resist. I'm Not repenting, but I miss the greater sensitivity of the 6d keys as well as its softer and quieter shutter. I also own the 200d and I can not notice the greater ductility of the latter files especially in the recovery of Shadows. A big difference that you can fill paying attention in the exposure at the time of shooting. It's a little strange to have an apsc that in certain situations is even more reliable, in post work, a ff.... If Canon came out with a mirrorless ff with a battery a little more reassuring (for the EOS R are currently a bit hesitant), probably replace it to MARK2, thus gaining a more modern sensor. I'm pretty happy At the moment.

Pros: Not too heavy, ergonomic, equipped with GPS and WiFi. It has the touch screen and adjustable. The ergonomics is that classic Canon, so in my opinion very good. Dynamic range of the good sensor at high ISO. Very good built-in JPEG processor. Good autofocus tracking capability, even in live-view because it uses a dual-pixel sensor. Battery life.

Cons: Like the other Canon full-frame does not have the built-in flash. The focus points are grouped a bit too much in the center of the viewfinder: this probably derives from adopting an autofocus module derived from the EOS 80d. At low ISO numbers, you might have a noise in the higher shadows than in the competition cameras (Nikon and Sony). For video footage, the headphone jack is missing.

Opinion: Is my first full-frame digital; I always keep in hand willingly and the feeling (I'm an old Canon user, I confess) was immediate. The color, if you use the JPEG directly from the machine, is very pleasant, typically "Canon". I usually use the picture Style "faithful image" type slightly modified to have more micro-contrast, but I also shoot simultaneously in RAW. By comparing with the EOS 7d MkII that I also possess, the images of the 6d Mk II still have something more: you perceive that the sensor is larger and that the dynamic range is better. I shoot images in the interior to the sensitivity up to 12800 ISO and are still well readable, even the jpegs that come out of the machine: this would be impossible with an APS-C. I read, on the Internet, some criticisms (rather theoretical to tell the truth) on the sensor of the 6d Mk II; I don't share them. The machine should be used to photograph, not to read a table of graphs that maybe you can not interpret. The 6d Mk II is fully worth its price; It doesn't have 4k video, but for a photographer that rarely does video it doesn't really matter. It is a machine that, citing an old motto of Kodak, feeds the "Joy of photographing". And sorry if it's cheap. Use good lenses, though, I recommend.

Pros: Image quality, ergonomics, FF, adjustable display

Cons: Lack of sensor stabilization and focus system too concentrated in the center

Opinion: My first FF camera, I own it for almost a year and went to replace my beloved 50d. At first glance I noticed a relatively light camera with a fair amount of features. The menus are the classics of Canon and for me it was a breeze to get used to, the keys are placed in a comfortable way, the image quality is excellent, I state that I do not love to change my photos much, but already the file that comes out of the room is a good invoice , the only real flaw that the only real flaws I have found are the lack of sensor stabilization and focus, the dots are many but too concentrated in the center, caused by the fact that the focus module is that of Little sister 80d (APSC). If I were to buy again today, with a small difference in price I would take the EOS R, this does not mean that I am not satisfied with the 6d indeed, for what I paid for it I consider a great camera

Pros: Overall quality, ease of use, adjustable display

Cons: For now only merits

Opinion: ... I recently got hold of this camera that I bought in lieu of the old but still honorable 760d. From the start you perceive a considerably higher robustness that does not affect the manoeuvrability of the machine; The commands in my opinion are well distributed and easy to manage even for those who are at the "debut" with a Canon. Under the qualitative aspect there is undoubtedly the leap forward especially on the AF but in general in all respects.

Pros: Very adjustable screen, price, weight

Cons: Only 6.5 fps

Opinion: I've gone from 6d Old to Mark II for over a year and in the past I think I've owned a good part of Canon (and non) DSLRs. This I think is simply exceptional: Maybe it is not at the level of the 5d Markiv as image quality (not very distant), but with this wins the comparison for lightness, adjustable screen (why is not implemented as standard on all SLR cameras?) and Price. For my use I can not find flaws: it is true that I do not use the video compartment, but from a photographic point of view is excellent. It has its limits and depends a lot on the use (If you photograph only sport think of another) but in 95% of the cases is simply perfect.

Pros: AF, burst, quality D image, articulated display.

Cons: I don't know

Opinion: I've passed from my 6d to this mark2, the jump there is not so much on image quality as on autofocus, accurate reactive... I found on the net several comparisons with Sony A7 3... Definitely thick machine but with cost of about 500 euros higher. I find the 6d2 a great machine well built, with excellent features and Co. Great image quality... The rest I leave it to those who are fans of the brand or find very important laboratory tests... On the field it behaves very well almost infinite battery... Af and overall quality excellent... There is no shortage of connectivity.... For me great car.

Pros: Among the pros I put the immediate feeling, the ergonomics that is found in the grip. The mobile and touch display very efficient, the AF compared to the previous version and the WB that seems to me much more accurate than my previous 6d that below exposed

Cons: Among the cons I would not know what to write except the fact that I had to wait a year for the price to arrive to the level that I thought was right for the contents of the machine

Opinion: I took the 6dmkii despite the fierce criticism read here on the Forum, in my opinion often dictated by a ruling hostility to the brand or to claim to have a product with the most innovative characteristics but at the same time economic. The camera is built with the usual care, from a sense of reliability, has the responsiveness that I expected, the MAF, which some complain have too many points collected in the center, for the type of photography static or semi goes excellently. I have made videos that are very good results both in terms of yield and focus of subjects. Combined with L optics by excellent results such as colors and blurred. As someone wrote the performance at high ISO have not improved compared to the old 6d but this for me does not represent a limit. Could be the IBIS and the second slot m, for my needs these are not deficiencies that I warn. Recommended as a machine for general applications.

Pros: Versatility significantly improved compared to 6d: Autofocus system more responsive and with higher density of autofocus points, higher shutter speed, more advanced exposure system, dual pixel CMOS in Live view/video modes, adjustable screen, More configuration options

Cons: Image quality in the video below models such as 5d Mark IV, 1DX and 1DX Mark II, absence of some video functions easily implementable via firmware (usual Canon marketing Rijeka), made to high ISO sensitivity not higher than that of 6d.

Opinion: I bought the camera to replace the 6d. The main elements I was looking for were the following: 1) More responsive autofocus system, faster shutter speed and 2 buffer) dual pixel CMOS system for video/Live View 3 modes) Best image quality for both video (sharpness and detail) and photos (in Particular best SNR and dynamic range with high ISO sensitivity). The 6d Mark II satisfies points 1) and 2), and also offers other functions that I found very appreciable, such as the adjustable screen. In addition, the new configuration options for buttons and nuts, as well as additional information in the viewfinder (such as the two-axis active level continuously), allow you to take pictures and change settings without moving away from the viewfinder. Also, since the camera holds the shutter settings for photo/video/Live view separately in memory, it simplifies switching from one mode to another, especially if you want to take pictures and switch to video mode Quickly. The new exposure system handles the white balance much better, eliminating the unpleasant yellow dominant that you have with certain types of neon light: The thing is very useful in videos, where correcting certain problems in post-production can be a Hassle. Other interesting features are the Antiflicker mode and the management of the auto ISO option, which now allows you to set minimum times between a fairly wide range of values (up to 1/4000s). The Flash Management in E-TTL mode is also improved. The autofocus system is similar to that of the 80d. is not on par with that of a 5d mark IV, but it's a significant improvement, compared to 6d: with the 6d Mark II I can also devote myself to photos of moving birds, with an EF 100-400 II, possibly even adding a 1.4 x Extender (remain active 27 Autofocus points). The dual pixel CMOS is very valid in video mode, and has a fairly wide coverage (80% x80%): for the photographic scope, however the area covered by the single area AF is quite wide, and the dual pixel CMOS is not sufficiently responsive, for fast subjects Movement. In any case, it is a viable alternative for landscape photos or possibly slow moving subjects. The touchscreen screen has been useful in many situations, both for videos and for taking pictures in very easy positions. Even for photographs with long exposures, the ability to focus and shoot just by touching the screen avoids transmitting vibrations to the camera, and requires a remote control. Even the wireless mode is improved, and managing focus and shutter remotely is much smoother. At first I had mentioned three points on which I would appreciate improvements. Unfortunately, point 3) is what I found most disappointing: the image quality in the videos is similar to that of the 6d, although there is less aliasing, but less than that of 5d Mark IV, 1DX Mark II and 1DX. The file is on average less sharp, and you have to compensate with an increase of sharpness in post-production, which increases in time necessary to process the whole. In addition, there is the intraframe (All-i) compression format, which is present on the 6d. The addition of the Fuil-HD 60p mode, on the other hand, is certainly welcome. With regard to image quality in the photographic field, there is an increase of 6d megapixels, among the benefits. In Terms of dynamic range and Snr, however, the new sensor gets to the most to equalize the 6d yield. That said, in the printing phase the results are on average better, compared to 6d (thanks also to the increase in resolution), so I can not tell me dissatisfied. In short, a good camera, but that could have been much higher with some investment (side builder) in addition.

Pros: Swivel screen, excellent light meter, fast AF, AF in very satisfactory videos,

Cons: For now I have not found limitations in the photographic side if not the AF points too central, in the video side, instead I find limiting the bitrate of writing videos, however the lack of 4k does not bother me

Opinion: I own the 6d2 for about 4 months and was almost immediately love, simple to set up, intuitive, already immediately I found the right feeling that allowed me to take home the shots that I imagined without too worry to play with a thousand possible setups between Light meter, AF etc... Excellent image quality, discreet malleability of raw, not at levels of other sensors but, for now I have not found myself having to discard a file.. I'm experiencing a nice relationship machine/photographer of confidence, lately I rarely look at the screen, about 1 time every 10 shots. This trust pays me back more than a thousand extra settings or infinite dynamic range. In short, between me and the 6d2 there is a good understanding and for now I do not feel the need to replace it, allows me to access without difficulty to the realization of my ideas.. When they meet the technical limits of the 6D2 then I will consider changing and moving on to something else.

Pros: Improved in everything compared to 6d, price and online performance for its market band

Cons: Second memory slot and 4k video for those interested.

Opinion: Beating in the reviews just came out, which happens to all Canon cameras when they come out on the market, but now in many they buy it strong of its value for money (in September paid €999 new). At the sensor level is better than the 5d III and slightly lower than that of the 5d IV that in the practical act I can not perceive. I have it for a month and already has behind more than 6000 shots made between ceremonies and landscapes and use in pairs with the 5d IV. The biggest boredom that I have found is that it does not digest well the Tamron 35 1.8 to F 1.8 using the lateral groups of the AF with little light, pretty much to hit a few shots thing that does not happen with the 5div. If in the same conditions use the Canon 85 1.4 at F 1.4 The AF works fine. I can not give an opinion on photos with dynamism sustained because I still have not had the opportunity but if the AF module is that of 80d (which I had) I think I will have excellent results.

Pros: AF compared to 6d old, swivel screen, live view and touch functions

Cons: For the use that I do not see

Opinion: Maybe I feel it, after now 6-7 months I use quite intense of this controversial body, to leave a review. The first question is: where is the error of the professional reviewers, certainly much more capable of me to test camera bodies, I have had very few to aspire to this function. And yet there is a mistake. Relying only on the reviews that appeared everywhere one should escape as far as possible from this car and without ever turning back, worth staying of salt as it happened in times away to someone. Either I'm a little dull or the catastrophe announced loudly is not there, or at least I do not see it. Incredible but this machine makes photos, photos in my opinion and for my field of use, absolutely indistinguishable from photos I have done in the past with the 6d, but also with the 5d3 and recently I tried also a 5d4. Then where is the problem? Maybe with the photos that I do I stress little, too little the camera body? The AF works well, indeed very well and also work the side that are many, more than enough, even if a bit too grouped. The articulated screen does not have any other FF SLR in the house Canon, the Live view is simply sublime also considered the touch functions. The sensor, reviewed by those good as a kind of bug that is accidentally inside a camera, in the end his craft does, perhaps imperceptibly below those of other Canon cameras but the tragedy frankly I do not see it. It costs half of the 5d4 and in my opinion better two of these than one of those. Video I do not then skip this compartment. What else to say? I have to complain about how it behaves with low light or even partial backlight, "That's where the skinny is" I said to myself and I was going to change it with a 5d4 until I tried with the last, well we are there, no miracle, in the wrong light conditions the REFL Ex behave in the wrong way. Rated 10 for this FF Economissima (located at 1200 euros new, I do not understand how they can claim to sell it used for the same price). Try to believe and without reading the reviews, not even this mine.

Pros: FF "Economical", holds high ISO, almost perfect dynamic range, low price for a professional SLR

Cons: Maybe lack joystick, for videomaker the output for headphones and for those who really cares also the second slot CF/XQD

Opinion: I got this car yesterday that, for someone who snapped on APS-C of the Nikon D3200, was entering a completely different world. I had already tried several times from a friend the 5dmk4, machine to say the least superlativa, but for what I needed I could not see justified the €1000 more "only" for the 4k @ 30p, the joystick and the CF slot. Comparing the 6DMK2 to the 5DMK4, I can say that, more or less, we are at the same level, being only a bit noisier at high ISO, but that in normal light conditions could not be distinguished. Having been able to test also the Sony A7R3, I can say that it is the only machine that has a dynamic range higher than the canon. The files that churn are full of information to the right point, the photos are very workable and, once you click the color temperature correctly, you can practically do even without editing in pp. Obviously these are considerations to be taken With the pliers, since I am currently an amateur and I probably still have the excitement of the new entry. I will update the review in a few months. In the meantime I will publish the work I'll do with this machine, in case you want to see how it behaves in various situations. After 6 months I can say with certainty that this is the best purchase I could make. To start I matched, meanwhile, also a Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8, which is sharper than the Canon 24-105 for half the price, in addition to the 50mm f/1.8. I must say that the absence of the joystick every now and then feels: set the focus with the touch or with the directional keys makes lose those 2-3 seconds too much, which potentially make the moment that you wanted to immortate. As for the videos I can not express myself as I have not even ever selected the mode, but I can say that the time-lapse in 4k are phenomenal. Side photo has never disappointed me, what I wanted I always got and the files have always proved to the height of my needs more diverse: whether I wanted photos hyper-saturated, whether I wanted to twist. Ultimately a professional machine at a very low price, accomplices also the negative reviews completely free, which are based only on technical specifications and not on a real field test.

Pros: Very balanced machine, now that the price is approaching 1,000 euros I consider it a fantastic option. Adjustable Monitor with effective touch throughout. Dual Pixel is amazing in video.

Cons: Given the price I would not dare to ask for more.

Opinion: After having passed to M43 for my professional work, having abandoned the 30kg of the two Nikon D5 bodies with pro optics, I tried this reflex body so much criticized to use with the Canon L taken in the meantime with the metabones. I was surprised instead by the quality of the files baked and the performance of all functions. Testimony that many reviewers don't even know what they're talking about. Low dynamic range? Display correctly, never used correction in critical areas of more than 2 stops. High ISO hold? What picture do you all have in the dark??? The 6d II in LV focuses also in a poorly lit church, is silent as a D810, also holds the 40,000 ISO.... has GPS, BT.... but what more do you want? Synchro at 1/250, 1/8000 and 14 ft/sec? Well there's the 1DX II. For everything else you do not miss anything to make even professional photos.

Pros: The improvements made to the already valid 6d: AF, adjustable screen and touch; Live View mode now much more responsive and usable

Cons: Boh... just fleas... viewfinder coverage not at 100%

Opinion: I have the Mark II for a few months now, coming, thanks to a good opportunity, from 6d. I don't have the presumption to make comparisons with other systems and brands, but I can tell myself fully satisfied with my new camera. Canon has improved the aspects for which the 6d years were beginning to be felt, and like many other owners I find that so many criticisms in the first few months have been quite free

Pros: Great videos, great photos, light and versatile.

Cons: 4k deficiency, joystick missing, dual SD slot missing

Opinion: I purchased the 6d Mark II after seeing and reading some reviews, actually Sony is doing a great job and its SLRs are better. I state that I am not a professional photographer but I know some and many use the 6d also to work so I said, why the 6d Mark II should not be enough for an amateur? The problem of buying a Reflex is not only the camera body but also the choice, the quality and the price of the lenses, currently on Nikon and Canon there are problems but for Sony is still soon and in my opinion the excellent camera bodies do not have lenses with a good ratio Quality/price and the choice may not be enough. The 6d Mark II paired with high-level optics astounded me, already from the very first photos gave me satisfaction and I noticed a titanic difference with the 7d (which already of its is a great reflex), the video department is valid and even if until now I was not fond of me He's going to want to go into the subject. As I said I'm not a professional but when you get to have a reflex of the caliber of the 6d Mark II There are no excuses the problem is definitely not the camera body if you do not come out nice photos, or the lenses are really poor or we are wrong we , can potentially make photos that can be posted on National Geographic. There is no type of photo that can not be done without having excelled results, the weak point could be the gust of 6.5 f/s but still it is more than dignified and allows you to make even sports photos with excellent results. The 45 focus points are more than adequate also because I personally in 80% of cases use 1. The only questionable choices are the absence of the joystick, the videos not in 4k and the lack of the double slot for memory card, these 3 points do not penalize at all the final result of the photos but penalize the speed in the menu the security of not losing the shots and in A bit of time the video department could be insufficient due to the ever-increasing advent of 4k. All these "flaws" could in some cases affect a professional but if I use 10 seconds more to set the reflex because of the absence of the JOYSTCK sincerely do not change my life, the important thing is that if I want to make a good picture I have the chance. I recommend the 6d Mark II to all those who have lenses for Canon and to all those who want to switch from reduced format to full frame, unfortunately I could not tell you if it is worth moving from 6d to 6d Mark II as my step was from the 7d to the 6d Mark II and I feel very satisfied. To all those who have doubts about the purchase I say that everyone evaluates according to their needs and ideas but I assure you that if buy this reflex will not regret and give you good satisfaction.

Pros: Focusing system (hyper fast and hooks well also the Volateli) 45punti all close, silent-sensor Digic 7 of the latest generation

Cons: It's not a 1DX I miss the 12 \ \ 14 frames per secondo....la 6d has only 6.5

Opinion: I'm laughing, also I wanted from canonist switch to Sony A7III, after seeing so many videos on YouTube that AF chases the person + of 600 points of focus, so much nice stuff but with so many but... asked several times but with Sigma Ring and Canon optics the volatile comes AG Hooked up well? I have not had serie...ma answers could work... better its native optics... At this point I had unfortunately already sold my 1DX (noooo I had to wait..) The native lenses Sony G or Zeiss expensive both in the new and in the used, I tried to buy something Canon from non svenarmi and the only camera was the 6d Marck II, taken because By many criticized and because the price on and global very convenient. Apt Choice, AF Lightning I would not say but faster than the 1DX, I like the 45 points all close and in the middle. Another positive note is that if many are migrating to Sony many used lenses but new Canon L's are at really low prices. With long lenses type 500mm better take the battery grip this to better balance the machine. I consider an excellent product Qalità/price. The video aspect N. N (at the moment I do not)

Pros: Video department great many features agiuntive autofocus side, very comfortable viewfinder with lots of info and lattice ergonomics and battery life.

Cons: Focus point selection button in awkward position others don't come to mind.

Opinion: I state that I am an amateur and I had the 6d held 4 years and 50,000 shots and often I happened to make videos to children in sports activities and with the 6d I felt limited and the result did not like. I switched to this 6II and I have to say that I like very high-end autofocus side works well even in low light in sensitivity to the tests I did not find differences the side of the 6II hook very well in the evening in conditions of Low light where with the 6d I used the station and recompose. The EVF I also like very much because it has many customizable info and see ISO battery openings and many info selectable. The focusable reticle I like since sometimes a few pictures I was being twisted. I do not know if it is my fixed but the viewfinder of the 6II seems to me brighter and usable with F4 lenses but maybe I'm wrong. Video side is very valid and through the touch screen select the face from Focus and chase and keeps it even in motion. The video was the motivation to abandon the valid 6d but I do not feel repented and the difference between €900 exchanges do not regret them often f Accio photos of landscape and portraits and this machine I find it very usable and comfortable. Dynamic range side I don't express myself not having technical skills and scientific meters for comparisons. So only thing I can recommend to those who would buy it is to try it even half a day and make their own conclusions.

Pros: Weight content, FF, high ISO holding, AF system, articulated screen, ability to edit and retouch in-room files, general connectivity.

Cons: Missing second SD card slot

Opinion: In November of 2017 I sold the 6d, now I felt the need to have a FF again in outfit. The choice was whether to resume a 6d or pass the 6d Mk2. Three the two series over you have 5 years of technology in addition there are 500 euros of price difference for series 2. Despite the price difference not just the choice fell on the 6dmk2 I can say I made a great choice. The machine although FF is compact, and if it were not for two keys placed in different places is all for all a 80d but with FF sensor.... The AF at 45 points is significantly improved compared to the previous series. It resists very high ISO, I tried with a lens f 2.8 to 51200 ISO, AF to 45 zones and the image is really valid, no obvious sign of ginning. Adjustable screen. Very wide and bright viewfinder with the possibility of having an electronic level on two axes in addition to the state of the battery and other parameters. Very fast burst even if shot with maximum resolution 26MP raw + JPAG. On the connectivity side you can choose between the WiFi or Bluetooth, in addition the GPS is integrated. Mode of shooting creative areas for all tastes. In the display of images as well as you have usual data of shooting, histogram, mode of shooting, ISO, date, time etc... It also displays the type of optics used and the focal length for shooting the photo. I do not want to open unnecessary debates on who has defined a machine born already old, lacking in character or other..... probably those who talk ill has no way to hold it in his hands. If Dovesso find a cons, (which then is not a real cons) personally I would have liked a second slot for memory card. In short 5 years of technology more than the 6d you see all. This FF 6dmk2 is really valid in all its aspects, and considering that to have a FF Series 5 Mk3 It takes circa1000 euros more. .... Ratio Qualota/Price I would say a 9.5 full. (that is to say that C is always room for improvement....) In my opinion has many papers in order to unpick the 6d from the podium and become the Queen of the FF "entry level" is with all honesty a better than 6d, speech that many snub or criticize it in a negative without having ever tried it is without logic.

Pros: Price, Af performance, performance dual pixels in video, tilting touchscreen display with white background, wb

Cons: Max time shutter 1/4,000, has dual sd slots, video max fullhd

Opinion: Is a considerable step up from the 6. not so much for the sensor, and the af, the dual pixel, the new wb white priority, the af in video, the tilting touch screen display. I made the switch from 6 d to 6d2 because I needed a room with af in video and tilting display. Were migliroati many aspects of 6 d: the flurry, the af in a macroscopic and overall responsiveness of the room is much better. I'm sorry that Canon has still shutter speed stops to 1/4,000 but resolves itself with an nd filter and any adaptors to put him on various Optics (few). I would have the dual slot for sd piaciutoa true but is not a deficiency so severe for an amateur (never had on my previous SLR cameras). The quality of the files is similar to that of the old 6 d and for many it is a limiting factor in moving from 6 to 6d2. I was already optimal quality of old 6 d and surely it falls also with 6d2 (in spite of the vaunted gd problems). Rather I say that canon has done a bad job because resolution is increased from 20 to 26 megapixels while using dual pixels the size of pixels is decreased, then the quality on par (if not slightly better in some situations such as high iso) ris chest to the 6 d is fine by me. Another factor that made me kinda bothered is limited to 60 fps full hd video resolution. don't use the 4 k but I would have loved to try it. Ultimately I'm very pleased with the 6d2, also coming from 6 d. I noticed that is mistreated by those who do not own it, while those who did as I speak well. Mysteries of the forums on the web ...

Pros: Full frame, articulated display, top connectivity, well-functioning AF, high ISO yield, Digic7 speed, low weight, touch screen

Cons: Just wanting to be picky: pop flash

Opinion: I was a user of 6D and for the kind of use that I did I felt the limit of the old AF, too slow, even for that I'm happy to have made this upgrade. If I add the articulated touch display (which I had at the time on the 60D) and the features added by the new processor (hdr and file management, in addition to the quality of jpg practically ready to use), the viewfinder that is fabulous with overpressed information, and even adding Bluetooth is really convenient. Is spending on these features justified? For me, yes, the quality is practically the same, but now much more enjoyable. For those who have never had a full frame will not miss a fast autofocus (at times with the 6D I regretted the 400D ...) rnInsomma the advice so much too, if you then find a reliable site that you can save a lot, I from pandadigit.sm I spent 1270 euros in February 2018 !!

Pros: Display, AF

Cons: Lack of Joystick.

Opinion: So much has been said, so much has been written about this camera. rnRimanderei to dozens of posts for further information. I have been using it for about 4 months and I have upgraded from the 6D MK I.rnI advantages over the previous model are undoubtedly the articulated display and an AF worthy of the name, even if not yet aligned with the competition (Sony) .rnI noticed anyway a GD slightly lower than the MK I although it holds very well at high ISO and, on a practical level, there are no substantial differences and I do not consider it a counter to report.rnConsigliata

Pros: High ISO hold, autofocus, swiveling display, excellent live view, 27 points maf to f8

Cons: No joystick, centered maf points in the center, 1/4000

Opinion: They are passed to FF coming from 7D so the jump has been remarkable in terms of image quality. Combined with L series optics, it guarantees excellent images with beautiful colors and excellent definition. The yield at high ISO is very good and the files are well workable. Autofocus is responsive and also works well in servo with moving subjects. With the tc to f8 keeps the AF on 27 points, in this case it slows down a bit but it is fully usable especially if used in zones (groups of 9 points). The possibilities of personalization are in line with the type of machine. The selection of points is not as practical as with reflexes equipped with a joystick. The maf points are 45 but remain very concentrated in the center, you can still focus even with the live view which also works very well. The shutter speed is limited to 1/4000 sec, personally I have never felt the need to go further. Ergonomics and weight? Now they are spreading the mirrorless ... In my opinionthe 6DMKII wins in ergonomics weighing only 150g more than a full frame ML. rn Considering that a FF is to be used with good objectives (often heavy) the advantage in terms of lightness of a ML would be felt little. rnThe sensor of the 6DII is not at the level of the latest Sony ... For this reason many have changed their brand ... I think that a Canon can enjoy a vast original optical park or compatible and an excellent service. Personally I remain loyal to Canon and I do not think the death of the SLR will be so imminent ....

Pros: Image file well malleable; AF lightning and impeccable even at very low brightness; high ISO hold impressive; adjustable screen; touch screen; weight; handling; AWB accurate in the vast majority of cases.

Cons: AF a bit 'too condensed at the center of the frame; lack of selection of AF cases and AI Intelligent Servo mode at least as the 5DIII.

Opinion: The strengths that have made me propose for purchase are certainly the lower cost compared to other full frame pro, the swivel screen, the image file and the high ISO.rnrnHo purchased the 6DII and immediately it was demonstrated an impressive leap in quality compared to what I had in my hands before. Used with and without Battery Grip, the handling is really optimal; without BG weighs too little, with the BG is perfect to balance even portrait lenses a bit 'heavier than the average. The battery seems to me very high performance and capacious. I have not tried to use the flash yet, let's say I forgot it ... the files even at 40 thousand (QUARANTAMILA!) ISO impressed me for how little they ruin with my usual post production, as well as the grain that although present is much lighter than the ISO 3200 of the 40D. Actually I made a comparison, 40k ISO of the 6DII roughly corresponds to the 12800 of the 7DII and 3200 of the 40D ... I'm really impressed.rnThe AF & e moduleserious; a splinter, almost always hooks if you use at least good quality optics like the 100 macro f2.8 USM because with the 50 f1.8 II, however, it is slightly more effort and you understand that the optics is the culprit.rnI had to admit that sometimes I am forced to reassemble, while with the 5DIV that I tried with the 6DII at Canon Day, I recomposed a number of times less, almost half, but it costs 1000 euros more and has no adjustable screen: infact I could do straight photo already thanks to the adjustable oschermo, which with the 5DIV I could not do ... I took pictures with the family "playful" with the screen facing the contrary and spot on the first shot without having to do 3 or 4 to choose the one that best suited the situation as a composition.rnAnother point that they say is a problem is the joystick, but I do not feel so much the lack ... being very ergonomic, get used to using two ring nuts instead of ring and jo ystick was not so & igravis; difficile.rnrnResoconto: my photographic experience has really changed, I can immediately make a certain type of photos saving time in post production thanks to the adjustable screen, weighs less than a pro even if the weight is well balanced with medium zoom lenses size and weight. With the BG it is well balanced up to a higher weight target, the heaviest I have weighed on 900g and does not balance 100% the weight of camera plus BG and 2 batteries. The screen is really a plus that before having it "every day" I did not make a big worry, now I do not see how I could do without it without having to give up taking some more photos or position myself in "artistic poses" to get a shot that comes close to what I can do much more comfortably now. The image files are really professional range, I tried to make of all and are always outputs winning images.rnAvendo seen and could try the previous model I confirm that they are not comparable, are two totally different machines like the 7D andthe 7DII.

Pros: Programmable bulb placement. Dynamic range significantly increased. Gps. Adjustable display. Iso 50.

Cons: Lack of 4k in the video (assuming it's a problem)

Opinion: Used primarily for landscape photography is probably the most comfortable full frame, both for the ability to orient the display, both for the three-dimensional level that for the bulb installation programmable with ease, or you can set the duration of the shot to times above 30 canonical seconds without remote controls. It connects in two clicks to the cell phone that can be used as a remote control. 2 programmable modes promptly configured for 3 and 5 bracketing shots. Coming from a 70D I can not be satisfied because it greatly increases the ability to recover shadows and lights. Numerous info in the viewfinder, missing the histogram that would have been very comfortable. Convenient the gps (exosus as battery consumption) .rnInfinity of points of focus (useless if I like the back button focus in the central point). Fast, precise, predictive and micro-adjustable autofocus.

Pros: Weight, ergonomics, points of focus, display.

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: For me, a great machine, the first full frame I have and I have combined it with a Canon 24mm F1.4. rnSolution excellent for reportage, landscapes and street (the uses that mainly I do). Silent and ergonomic, no faults. Files that come out clean, it must also be said that I'm not a lover of the PP. Excellent purchase. rn

Pros: Ergonomics, focusing system, display, construction quality, autonomy, image quality in general. Compared to the 6d it takes the advantages and improves the defects, es. the display, the points of focus.

Cons: For me, none of serious, perhaps lacking an advanced USB socket (eg type C) up to all the technology of the moment. Maybe a double memory slot, but I honestly do not miss it. Lack of instructions and connection cable in the box.

Opinion: Since the passage of the 6D I have only seen a clear improvement in various fields, certainly the 6D is enough and advances to an amateur and semi-professional use, but for a little more use this 6D2 is definitely a step forward. From the AF with the advanced system of this camera, excellent results are transformed, for now I have noticed a small improvement in quality compared to the previous room, only time will tell me how much better it is, especially now also given the number of available focus points and from the MaF system. The battery goes from 700/800 to 1200 + o-, I was amazed by how many photos are made with the box battery, a third more about, I think of the new processor. The shots now go to 6.5 per second, excellent in most cases. The touch and reclining display I have to admit is a step forward, first with the 6d I would never regret it now instead is the opposite after using it. The grip improves while being very similar, I do not know, you have that feeling of more grip andcomfort, little stuff but there is. The viewfinder has purchased more definition and the icons improve, very well distributed and contrasted, everything is under control from it. The buttons and controls as in the previous model are at the right point and at the optimal range to be fast and professional, plus you can customize the associated functions and they, this is a big selling point. The weight and size of construction make it to today, in my opinion, one of the most apt rooms in the canon house and compared to rivals, of course, do not compare machines much higher end for obvious reasons. For this band and category the 4K in my opinion does not miss it in this room, how many could in a photo shoot request a video in 4k? How many readers and TV are currently prepared and this format? For me the format 1920x1080p @ 60 FPS is more than enough as a quality for my needs, and also because to process high resolutions at 4k you must expect too much in PP from%3BHW involved. I bought it a few months and I will have to deepen the whole, for now I am very satisfied with everything and I'm very happy.rnA this price I think that there is better in the same category.rnI read several considerations, only those who own it can evaluate the merits, pity that the defects are reported by those who have only taken in hand for a few minutes, for a machine like this is not enough a month to give a fair global opinion but only have an idea, has so many settings and goodies that only in time you can appreciate and know, I keep taking the manual and reading new things, I do not want to criticize anything or anyone but just give my personal critical judgment.rnI do not understand those who criticize without knowing, bha maybe envy .. ..

Pros: Improved all the weaknesses of the previous version (weather resistance, af, swivel screen), general good usability, excellent management of the jpeg in the room. high image quality.

Cons: None for amateur use; for professional use, limitations on dynamic range, card slots, maximum shutter speed, viewfinder cover and no joystick

Opinion: After a couple of months of use I can say that for the general use of amateur photographer is the ideal machine. I'm not even saying what it does and what it does not, because it always falls in every situation and allows excellent shots. Those who criticize simply confuse the use of amateur with that as a professional, ignoring the difference in price.

Pros: Ergonomics, ISO, raw information rich, very precise and fast af, touch screen and swiveling

Cons: Second slot for CF

Opinion: A significant step forward compared to the previous model, there are 2 bubbles on both the axes and not only on the horizon. Raw files are much richer in information and weigh at least 30mb against 20 of the previous one. As a former owner of the 6D I can say that this camera is really exceptional and should not be mistreated by everyone everywhere, you must first try it. Personally I was fixed with the 5d4 and after having tried it I understood that for my needs it's really a whole make the 6D2 and you find yourself in your pocket over 1600 € more. Autofocus is precise, fast and reliable, while that of the old 6D was comparable to that of an entry level. It's as if Canon had decided to create a new professional camera for all purposes. The adjustable screen is very useful especially in macro and when you are in uncomfortable positions or you do not have too much desire to bend on the tripod. In short, for those who are undecided I highly recommend to try it before talking, would remain wide open. I'm almost certain that I would never sell it, the afI would only join a 5DSR in the future because I always had the worry of having so many mpx and could live together, in the end for high ISO the 6D2 remains unsurpassed. I'm really satisfied, I really made a nice Christmas present

Pros: Ergonomics, image quality and colors (RAW), ISO high-hold, AF speed and precision, touch-sensitive touch screen, battery life

Cons: Nothing at the moment

Opinion: I can make a judgment on the 6d first model, so the mkii has improved practically all over, while maintaining the already good ergonomics. The RAW product files are easy to work, both with DPP and with lightroom, increased resolutions help crops, high ISO holdings remained more than good at up to 6400. The new Af module provides performance that can expand the use far beyond portrait and landscape, and finally the touch-screen touch opens unprecedented creative possibilities. I have read many criticisms of this model, after trying it I can say that these criticisms are fuzzy, or moved by fans of other brands that the 6d mkii have not even tried it. I suggest interested people to try it in person, it will surely leave the mark.

Pros: The same as the "old" 6D ??+ MAF, burst, tropicalization, swivel screen, touchscreen, battery life, more workable files and more ...

Cons: 98% coverage and second slot shortage.

Opinion: I needed a 6D with an AF module and bursts worthy of being called so I could shoot into illumined gyms / fields where my 7d2 showed all its ISO high limit and the 6D showed those related to autofocus / burst. I found it.nn I add more, leaving the word to everyone who has "massacred" him for hearing or reading tests, graphics, etc. etc .: I prefer to spend my time shooting, rather than "googlare" and feed sterile discussions of the kind "me told my cousin ..."

Pros: No noise, touch screen, tilting monitor, sharpness

Cons: For now nothing

Opinion: Taking yesterday 10/11/17 Particularly for the tilting monitor, used today 11/11/17 to photograph the frogs and I must say that the tilting monitor and touch screen are a fairy tale to use for this type of photo, back home downloading files and going into post replay the first thing that's jumped to the eye and the lack of noise at 1600 ISO is an excellent clarity, even the files are workable with a lot of ease, to conclude i sold a 5D Mark III to take this model and before I had some perplexity now I'm happy with the choice. Pros: adjustable screen, high ISO hold, ergonomics, autofocus, burst

Cons: limited dynamic range compared to competitors but absolutely nothing as tragic as many say!

Opinion: I had the 6d first model for 4 years, of which I immediately fell in love with this new model have been updated all the limitations of that, mainly the af in this new is a splinter and do not miss a shot ... rnlo screen swivel for we landscapers is a godsend, the only thing I do not like is the new sensor, compared to the 6d old returns files too much but too flat, no colors and contrasts nothing.rnPractly the orange at sunset opening the raw disappear and are also difficult to recover, I'm thinking seriously about abandoning it and moving to a 5DMKIII or even returning to the old 6D that had a spectacular color rendering compared to this! rnInsomma if you are landscape designers I discourage you, take the first model or go to sony ahahaharn

Pros: Sensor, autofocus, touch, improved canon menu, ergonomics, high quality iso images

Cons: Politics of canon choices

Opinion: After several hours of watching negative reviews on this new machine for known issues: dynamic range, second slot shortage, 4k absence, etc; I gave a look at the photo gallery of juzaphoto, and I was impressed with how this car really enjoyed the tall iso. So the choice for the budget I set for was: either a 6d mark2 with three targets or a 5d mark4 with a kit kit, and I opted for the first choice even though for some points I was skeptical. After two months of use I have to say that choice was never felt. Image quality is just great, from color details to good workability of raw files, not to mention the images back to high iso, and when I talk about high iso are figures around 10000/12000. The autofocus really has incredible I photographed in poor lighting conditions and the car has always hooked up the subject. I claim that I do not usually take subexposed to recover shadows and all these critiques from the sky have been made by geif the car did not even test it. I did some terribly undefeated trial shots and in the recovery I did not see all this critical. The downsides are just the choices Canon has made on this item because I think if at the same price it made the most modern camera, it would not have been laughing at all of those kids m..kia fan boy of sony or Panasonic . For example, you can not forgive that you have equipped this internal bandwidth machine and only type2 usb. Made these arguments I would definitely recommend it to an amateur because it takes so many satisfactions, to a professional as the second car body I do not know maybe should accept the deficiencies as intrinsic features.

Pros: Autofocus, image quality and sensor (ISO, range, etc.), screen and controls

Cons: In my opinion nothing

Opinion: First approach with the full frame world, after decades of experience with various Canon APS-C models, including the 70D. Before buying the Canon 6D Mark II, in the light of the few criticisms that were attributed to it even before being put on sale, I tried to find most of the information and opinions, both positive and negative, to the point of convincing me and buy it online at the Galaxia store (4 year warranty in Italy). I did a few clicks, but I think I can share my opinion with you. Ergonomic and well-built, it reflects the 70D that I already had in appearance, also because of the touch screen and adjustable, very useful in certain circumstances. Tested with the new EF 24-105 4 L II from Canon, I first owned the old version; returns spectacular files, both day and night. I think that a good photographer, even before relying on the dynamic range of a particular car body, should be able to have an optimal shot at the time of the acquisition and not in post production. That said, I have analyzed somepost-production shots obviously are not, and we can not expect it to be the 5D Mark IV starlet, but if it does well in the recovery of shadows and / or various corrections, in exaggerated cases you will notice a bit of Magenta color noise, but in desperate cases. It maintains good high ISO, in terms of 18,000 ISO comparisons, corresponds to the 1,600 Canon 70D. At 24mm, I see what I was missing with APS-C, other music. Stunning colors, even with non-standard professional lenses. Shutter speed 1/4000, well if we take a 100 ISO shot, f 4 outside with daylight is okay, we swing from 1/2000 to 1/4000 without any problems, if we want to exploit a 50mm f 1.8, or however, a 2.8-in-2.8 lens in daylight, we realize that with optimum external light, 100ISO and maximum aperture can not. But it's a fact, not a lack of camera. AF efficient, fast and accurate. Even the new battery is not bad, of course we can still use the previous version. 4K for lovers of photography non is a lack, just an option I do not care much about. I could not use YONGNUO flashes in ETT-L, both the yn's 14 ex, and the yn 568 ex II for the auxiliary focusing radius, probably firmware incompatibility issues; in manual can be used. YONGNUO yn 622 c II radio triggers work with the firmware update. As my first review and ultimately, at present, I am fully satisfied; I just have to have fun and free the fantasy.

Pros: Ergonomics, AF module, tilting screen, sensor, burst.

Cons: Absence according to slot and if I just want to be fussy, 1/4000

Opinion: I've been to FF for a few hours after having had an 80D. I was looking for a car that had the FF and the features I had used to the previous one. I tried it in the interior with an EF 85 1.8 and I noticed immediately a fair difference to the advantage of this car in terms of chromatic yield and dynamic range. The af module gave me the same impressions of speed and reliability even in poor light. I also tested it with the Helios 44-2 58mm and the MAF's confirmation microchip works as it should, backing up the files I'm pleasantly surprised with the colors: maybe it's suggestion given by the new toy but it seems best in everything, it's machine. rnI do not think that in my future there will be a need for time to shoot fast, so I do not perceive as severe mutilation the minimum time set at 1/4000. rnIt is unmistakable the lack of 4k, since the camera I bought it for making the photo. The thing that disturbs me is the lack of the second slot, but I knew before I bought itIn the next few hours I will see the yield with optics L, especially the 135.rn I will look for critical light conditions and then we will see. rnrnAggiornamento: I did a few dozen shots in really extreme backlight situations, both over-exposed and under-exposed, and I must say that, except for a few truly unrecoverable cases, I was able to retrieve detail. The high ISO noise is very low compared to what I was used to with the 80D (I think you will say somebody): there are not really comparisons on the 4000 ISO of each other room. I find the fact that I am a simple amateur so nobody takes my words as cast gold. rnrnIn summary, I am fully satisfied with the purchase since it seems to have found the ultimate camera for my needs. rnrn

Pros: Autofocus, Swivel Screen, Ergonomics, Sensor, Construction, Weight

Cons: Sensor, Missing Second Memory Card Slot

Opinion: I've been able to experience this "controversial" reflex at an event featuring Nikon France, Canon France, Sigma France, Sony France, Profoto, Manfrotto, Gitzo etc.rnWe start from the positive points.rnThe impression is immediately positive of really good ergonomics, shoes like a glove, instantly feeling a stronger and better finished construction. The mirror / shutter system has a 5D4 / 5DSr noise, as well as transmitting much less vibrations, it immediately gives you a feeling of other than the 6Dold.rn The AF module is a splinter, I did not really think that in a very precarious environment, it could be so reactive and accurate, I did not find a real limit on the 45 AF points, maybe for somebody there might be but there have to be situations that really fall into low percentages. rnSensor, the detail is not really missing, coupled with quality optics really says its, they guaranteed me (this I did not have to try) that has a greater capacityof high lights recovery, which was one of the Achilles heels of Canon's many previous models, the big iso handles them well, at least like the 6Dold, so we're already at a very good level. rnA highly adjustable and tactile display.rnAF in LW really fast and responsive and covers a very large screen area.rnTimelapse 4K, I will come back very useful on so many occasions and have a long list of projects to accomplish on it.nn Negative points. No slot second memory card.rnSensor, because it has a lower capacity than the Sony Nikon Pentax competition to recover the shadows too closed (GIDDI). The video 4K control can not cure me less because I do not make video, but it seems that for many it's a matter of life or death.

Cons: For now nothing ...

Opinion: Hi, I'm saying I'm not a professional photographer and my experience in photography has been deeper than just a few years ago. I've owned the 6D I've sold to take the big sister whose very dynamic range , Color rendering and focus, more accurate than the 6D.rnTrovo that gives me the good files, and for me, that I'm a disaster in PP is a great help. One thing I miss 6D when I was to Focus in LV zooming with the button, the image was enlarged and you saw the "target", but with this button pressed the AF button returns to the standard size and therefore it is not clear if it is in focus. This is l 'Only thing I can not control, probable for my inability.rn

Pros: Great picture quality. Great autofocus system.

Cons: 4k video missing

Opinion: I claim that I have owned virtually all commercial cameras looking for a product that could be able to meet my needs as an advanced and professional photographer. I say that all the rumors about the limited dynamic range and the low AF system are a big bargain. These are people who do not have and will not have the car and write so much to waste time. DP review has also pulled out an inexplicable, faulty analysis of the machine completely unfounded. I have the car, and I can tell you that, in practice, the autofocus does not even hit the dark pesto. The colors are gorgeous. The dynamic range is superior to other Canon machines and certainly in line with the average values ??of other reflexes. The high ISO seal is awesome. In short, I was really enchanted! Before talking good or bad about a car you have to possess it!

Pros: Dimensions and weight, sensor quality, swivel screen, price compared to 5D

Cons: Nothing critical but, if we want to be fussy, we miss the features of the "top range" canon: 4k, 1/8000, headphone output.

Opinion: I took a 6D mark II to match my main body, a 5D mark IV. Of 6d2 I immediately appreciated the size and weight, in her hand shoes "like a glove". The swivel screen is well implemented as Canon standard (this is the first fullframe it has). The sensor quality is exceptional, even at high ISO, and is absolutely in line with 5D. I recommend this car to an amateur photographer who wants to "jump" in the fullframe world, both to the professional and will use it next to the main camera (5d, 1d) as second body or for less "demanding" outputs.
