Il mio interesse principale è la documentazione e lo studio dei fenomeni temporaleschi e di tutti i fenomeni associati. Dal 2007 ogni anno, per circa un mese, mi sposto nelle grandi pianure americane (la famigerata Tornado Alley) per riprendere questi fenomeni. La stessa cosa faccio in Italia durante i mesi estivi che sono quelli più interessati dai temporali, almeno nelle zone della Pianura Padana dove mi muovo io.
L'approccio alla fotografia per me è quindi strettamente collegato alla mia passione ed è uno strumento fondamentale per immortalare i fenomeni che osservo.
