Surf/Sufing
Like many Australian I grew up near the beach and have an affinity with the ocean(in fact we also own an apartment with ocean views 50 meters from the beach). I was never a surfer(at least not on a board), but I always admired the sense of freedom and connection with nature that surfers have. All the shots in this gallery are taken on the Gold Coast Queensland Australia. Surfers express their art on the wave and for myself, through photography!
My endeavor will be to either make the viewer of the image feel like they are on the wave, or to sense the power and beauty of the ocean.
