![]() | Sony FE 200-600mm f/5.6-6.3 G OSS Pros: Versatility, weight, internal zoom and tropicalization, autofocus and of course unbeatable value for money. Cons: Lens hood without lock button and ridiculous monopod bracket. Opinion: A really good lens, I think Sony has made it to stem the competition of Sigma and Tamron that do not boast internal zooms, and this for those who use the lenses in "difficult" conditions is very important. Frankly, before buying the Sony I took the Sigma 150-600 which optically I think is better, but in terms of tropicalization it is not even a distant relative, also I had a problem with stabilization never solved by an assistance with limits. I have been using it for years in combination with the A7 IV and A 6700 and with the APSC the results are extraordinary. What can I say, highly recommended for those like me who shoot in Motorsport and do not have stratospheric budgets to invest in equipment. sent on October 02, 2025 |
