Graziw many, you're both right.
Great scenery and great light.
Catherine, as you've noticed gìustamento, I had also considered whether or not to include the stone trimming shooting blurry but I had the feeling that the image loses amplitude and I liked it a bit less. However, tonight I'll try again ...
Thanks for the ride
Stefano

Have you used the method of the hyperfocal distance?

I'm honest .... I was not so refined. I put in focus in manual focusing on the nearest cliff, not that of the lighthouse .... but the f8 allowed to have almost everything quite clearly.

Of course I look good in that stone in the foreground I just had to cut .... shame about the mini tripod .... too low to eliminate it ....
Catherine you're right ... I wonder if I have one without the stone?

Thanks so much for your appreciation. The charming place really helps the success of the shot. Then admit that it takes a little luck with the weather .... always some dancers there.

Excellent choice of composition!
I like the rule of the diagonal,
Start the cliff from the lower left to me was what made it special a nice picture 8-)

A really charming and special! At sunset, if you are lucky the landscape can turn into a real show ... granite lights and the cobtrato with deep blue sea and the emerald green of the meadows helps make the shots really impact.
Thanks of appreciation.

I decided that every day I taste your own photograph of Scotland. This is very nice for both composition and light ... I can not imagine the thrill of seeing live this strip of land, which flows into the waters ... The human construction integrates very well and does not generate discomfort, indeed I think is a point of arrival.
Greetings;-)

Thanks a lot for the appreciation and attention that I pay. In these shots Scots are tied ... although not an exotic destination has been a journey that has fascinated me a lot and got some good shots unpublished. Nest point actually is a very enchanting, especially at sunset. Shooting classic lucky thanks to a clement weather and a fiery red sunset. Stevenson had a really eye esthete when he chose where to place his buildings. I agree with you when you say that the lighthouse is integrated in the landscape also because of the use of local stone and colors never too pushy.
If I could I would share tomorrow.
Thank you very much
Stefano
