Alexander Ciao Chiara, tutto viene dalle prestazioni della mia montatura, nel senso che per ottenere 30 scatti accettabili ne ho dovuti fare circa 200 in tre serate, dopodiché ho cercato un compromesso tra riduzione del rumore e aumento del valore assoluto del segnale. Mediare 7-8 scatti mi consente un'accettabile riduzione del rumore, poi sommando i quattro gruppi ottenuti ottengo un'esposizione equivalente a 80s. Se avessi mediato tutti gli scatti ne avrei ottenuto uno molto pulito sì, ma sempre di 20s che alla fine non avrebbe mostrato molto delle nebulose blu. Non lo dico come supposizione ma perché ho provato diverse combinazioni e questa era quella che generava il risultato più soddisfacente secondo il mio gusto. In ogni caso è stato un lavoro immane, per questo dico che ho chiuso con questa montatura.

Io lo considero quasi un miracolo :) viste le centinaia di foto buttate e mosse in direzioni inspiegabili! Questa montatura presenta come un movimento di precessione intorno al suo asse, per cui si osserva un mosso che cambia direzione continuamente, in alcuni scatti le stelle anziché puntiformi erano a forma di "C", in altri a forma di "S"!! Alla fine era diventata una sfida tra me e lei a chi si sarebbe arreso prima!!! :)

Non è così, mediare moltissime immagini ti consente di ottenere un segnale/rumore tale da poter estrarre molta più informazione, quindi l'immagine che ottieni non è equivalente al tempo di posa di ciascuno dei singoli scatti. Quindi mediare 30 scatti da 20s non è come avere un'esposizione equivalente da 20s, ma 30x20s (10 minuti). La differenza è che l'immagine singola di 10 minuti si porterebbe appresso anche 10 minuti di rumore! Sommare 4 pose ottenute dalla media di gruppi da 7-8 scatti da 20 s è peggio che fare la media e basta, perchè la somma delle 4 medie che hai ottenuto somma non solo il segnale utile, ma anche il rumore. Bisogna sempre ragionare in termini di rapporto segnale/rumore.Considera che se l'immagine che ottieni è poco rumorosa ti consente di fare operazioni di recupero del segnale molto più spinte.
Comunque se dopo approcci diversi con questo set di immagini questo è il risultato migliore, hai fatto bene a tenere questo, è sempre il risultato che conta.
