thank you very much big boss! :-)

I'll try to gradually refine the technique and make it all the more enjoyable it would be nice for example, create collage of certain areas of the sky as the constellations are not placed at random but in order to tell a story :-) in this case to example, the constellation Orion is located close to the river Eridanus and is the giant while hunting in Taurus (the eye, Aldebaran, is seen on the top right) together with his hunting dogs Canis Major and Canis Minor (which are left out of frame) :-)

I am ignorant on the subject, but what I really like and the project is interesting. I would say that as the beginning is much more encouraging. Good

From amateur (as a child), I can only congratulate you for the beautiful image obtained!
Your project is a bit 'what I've always wanted to do and I would love to better understand how you made these 21 shots and then merge them together, because I want to devote too, although I can not enjoy a very dark sky nearby!

first of all thank you very much to all :-)

@ Flavio: the night tend to sleep but when you're the "itch" is difficult to remain attached to the mattress:-D Fortunately, however, at this time the sky is dark enough already around 21 then ersperimenti for "pleasure" as this is not must be for the night ;-) I only Chinese astrology horoscopes:-D

@ Raphael: nothing special :-) of course you have to control your focus, frame the area that interests you and then take a number of pictures to get a decent enough detail so you can then do the alignment, the sum and the average to eliminate noise. processing techniques for astrophotography more complex that are a bit boring and long to assimilate but ormin the network are excellent tutorials that explain step by step all the various stages :-)

Bellissima! I like it a lot, especially as a lover of astronomy ... But I would not have drawn the lines joining the stars ...

thanks to you too :-)

@ Gianluca: I know that the lines can be intrusive (especially for an amateur :-)) but they are a kind of caption of the photo which is obviously not born as a serious astrophotography but as a "light" way to share an idea a little different ;-)

Very nice Dexter,
only advice would be to exclude the nebula (M42) from the star filter in Photoshop.
See you soon,
David

I had not noticed and I had prepared the mask, then I applied the watermark with the logo and I forgot:-D fortunately is barely visible because Starspikes interpreted it as a "star child" and has emphasized a little ;-)

through the usual passage appreciated :-) David
