Frange a scacchi bianchi e neri. Maschio Rovescio: colore biancastro con numerosi punti neri rotondi. Ali posteriori con sfumatura basale azzurra e serie di macchie submarginali arancio. Nei punti submarginali delle ali posteriori sono presenti alcune squame con riflesso metallico di colore blu verdastro. Nel secondo paio di zampe è presente una spina all'altezza della tibia.
