In my solitude ... sent on May 02, 2013 (8:06) by Memy. 24 comments, 2075 views.

, 1/640 f/5.6, ISO 400, hand held.

Nagaland - India Novembre 2013

the B / W always has a charm .... but considering its age, I prefer to see it in color, thinking that his whole life was in color, the more 'brillande the more' pale.
very very beautiful

I personally love the b \ \ w but I think the other shots of the same subject, narrower and color and, if possible, even more beautiful!
as usual compliments!
are my inspiration with your portraits!

I do not know, as you can imagine in my galleries, I am more oriented towards the close shots or close-ups, but frankly I can not decide because I like them both.
It will be the subject and the situation struck me so much that even now riguardandolo me back the same emotions .....

The photo is very beautiful, really! The Lord has a really intense look, you see that it is full of wisdom.

Personal note, I like the black and white, but in this case reminds me very sad that some images are seen around the Second World War ... I do not know if I make the idea, the drama of the moment in this case is there but not like those images to which I refer. In fact, the other on the first floor of the subject I find it beautiful, dramatic but at the same time exciting.
Anyway I renew my congratulations are gorgeous photos and technically perfect and it shows! mine is a personal observation on the feeling of the picture in b / w. ;-)

Thank you very much for your articulated Lorenzo comment:-P

I can understand your concerns but I think in the end, as always, is of course a matter of taste and mine, especially in the pipeline, will also change depending on the time ... ;-)
Personally, for this shot I preferred the BN because I think it 's image as a whole performs better if only for a harsh light and in some parts unwieldy.

Obviously you post for feedback and for me the insights are always welcome:-P

;-) This does not mean that it is really a great shot ;-)

;-)
I believe in a 'picture there can be two distinct stages: the shooting or for which the assessment has objective parameters and the most "artistic" of' processing that is much more subjective and the result of a personal taste .... .

Thanks again because a comparison on the reading of the picture is always very challenging ... ;-)

MI are agree! The image must be determined by two parameters, the technical and subjective ones .. many photos that for some maybe do not give any emotion to others may tramettere a lot and this is important to know, IMHO, because if a picture such as this that, although I would have opted for colors, manages to convey a lot in b / w ... so I would say very good! ;-)
